Interaction with Guests

I love all the restaurant choices and the local flavor of the neighborhood. It feels more like a burgeoning center for the new creative energy of New York. A lot of interesting people have moved here and it's fun to see the choices they make in their everyday lives.
The best way to get into Manhattan is by the L train which is 1 block around the corner on Driggs St. and N 7th street. It takes 10 minutes ( including waiting time) to get to Union Square 14th street where you can transfer to more trains if you like. Or go to the last stop which is two more stops to 8th Ave and walk one block to 9th Ave and you will be in the Meatpacking district and near the Highline.

Carter kept in touch and was extremely helpful.
The apartment was exactly like the pictures. (Even better)
Extremely cool apartment in a great location, just round the corner from the subway. Carter was easy to contact and very helpful, was round straight away when we needed him. Would definitely recommend and definitely return!
Carter's apartment was amazing - I had a wonderful stay and can't wait to come back. I typically stay in downtown Manhattan in neighborhoods I lived for years, but this location in Williamsburg was one short block to the Bedford L stop (and for those not from NYC, its a 10 min ride to Union Square) could not have been more convenient and so many great bars and restaurants nearby. The apartment itself was spacious, light-filled, and well-appointed with lovely artwork and midcentury decor. Carter was incredibly responsive when I had an issue getting the keys (completely my incompetence!). Highly recommend this spot.
Really enjoyed my stay at carters. The apartment is beautiful and perfectly located in Williamsburg, close to the Bedford stop.He was always available whenever I had a question. I'd stay here again.
We had another wonderful stay in Carter's apartment (our second visit). After a visit in October, we returned to New York this May for our son's college graduation. As before, Carter was a thoughtful and communicative host. The location is fabulous--in the heart of Williamsburg, around the corner from the L line which gets you to lower Manhattan in as little as 10 minutes. The apartment is quiet, comfortable and well-appointed. Highly recommended. In fact, we did recommend the apartment to a close friend who stayed there just before we did. Hope to be back soon.
My 23 year old daughter and I totally enjoyed staying at Carter's apartment. It is spacious, clean, open and light. The bed is comfortable and the small deck with sliding glass door off the bedroom provides a nice little outdoor space, overlooking adjacent urban gardens and backyards. Proximity to the L train is ideal. Coming back to this apartment after full days in Manhattan felt like coming home to an oasis! The neighborhood is hip and lively, but not over-crowded or noisy. Carter could not have been a more accommodating host. Will definitely return to this Williamsburg gem.
