Other things to note
Golf cart available for use for an additional rental charge of $250 for duration of your stay; equivalent to what you'll pay for one day through the local rental shops. This will be collected through the Resolution Center before arrival. A separate rental agreement will also need to be digitally signed.
There are exterior cameras on the house to protect both our property and our guests. It's a pretty quiet neighborhood, but want to ensure the safety of our guests and our property. Please do not touch, move, disable or cover these during your stay.
As dog owners ourselves, we welcome your canine family member to join you on your stay! We do limit this to no more than two dogs and a $150 additional pet fee will be required (covering up to two dogs); please include your pet when making the reservation. Undisclosed dogs will be subject to a $200 pet fee, per pet, after check in, or reservation will be cancelled immediately without refund.
Profiles without a review history may be subject to an additional refundable damage deposit.
