in terms of amenities, you couldn't get better for serving some of the delights that East and Central London have to offer. We are just 5 minutes walk from Old Street tube station on the Northern line with direct buses into the centre of town. There is a Boris bike station at the top of the road, a fantastic local pub serving delicious pizza on the corner and excellent transport links to the city.
Hoxton is situated within walking distance of Shoreditch, Islington, Brick Lane and Broadway Market, a 30 minute walk down the canal. . We are also just 10 minutes walk from Hoxton Station on the overground.
For local Vietnamese and Turkish restaurants, small art galleries, coffee shops and vintage shopping this is the place to be!
The street couldn't be better located and maintains a quiet and Victorian charm despite being a stone's throw from the centre of the action. There are a host of amenities well within walking distance including great coffee shops a 24 hour shop and Tesco Metro. Whether you are looking for a quiet space within walking distance to beautiful parks, vibrant night-life and myriad of bars or a central point from which to explore all that London has to offer, this is the place to be.
When you've had enough of the streets you can come and chill out in the greenery of the back-yard before resuming your London adventures.
This is a non-smoking flat although guests can smoke outside the flat at the back in the yard. Guests are expected to lock the door if they leave the flat empty and to be considerate to the neighbours when coming in as the stairwell is quite echoey.
I ask that guests leave the flat as they found it and are responsible for their own washing up and laundry. Guests are liable for any damages made. There are books to read in the guest bedroom. However these are for information only and not to be taken away.
Enjoyed our stay in Hoxton a lot. The apartment is extremely well located near Old St station. It's also within a walking distance to Shoreditch High Street's bar scene and Shoreditch shopping opportunities. Chloe was very helpful with any questions we had. The apartment itself is very beautiful. One of the nicest stays I've experienced with airbnb!
Brilliant! Chloe's flat is extremely nice, in a quiet location and perfectly situated for roaming E and NE London on foot, by Boris bikes or by public transport (and the rest in fact, with tube and bus 55 almost on your doorstep). And the host is ever so considerate, she left us detailed comments on the flat and its facilities, on the surroundings, supermarkets, cafés and restaurants etc. We'll be back!
Lovely host, charming place, relaxed atmosphere. Loved it!
We really enjoyed our stay at Chloe's Hoxton Home. We felt welcome from the very first minute. The whole flat was very clean and comfy. Both bedrooms were large with enough storage for our stuff . It was also very nice to sit in the bright living room to eat, talk or watch TV. Chloe's flat is five minutes walk from the next tube or bus station. Unfortunately we never had a chance to meet Chloe but we guess that she is lovely person. She gave us a lot of useful tips about restaurants, pubs, cafes and supermarkets situated in the neighbourhood. We would totally stay at Chloe's home again and truly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to London.

About the Host, Chloe
I am a passionate and creative individual, working locally to support young adults to reach their full potential through drama and the arts. I love travelling and am so excited to have people from all over the world come and stay in my flat and enjoy the best of what London has to offer. I am currently living with my boyfriend Jace who is a part-time mechanic and bike enthusiast.
I am a keen reader and writer and you will see my room is wallpapered by my favourite books. We love to cook and whenever possible eat al fresco with friends.
I love beautiful images and am equally inspired in the open countryside or urban sprawl of the city. I am happiest when on my bike with the wind in my hair, meditating in a yoga class or exploring the wilderness with friends.
Airbnb is the perfect opportunity to share my home with like-minded travellers.
