"Liz was wholeheartedly the loveliest host imaginable....not only is she genuinely kind and helpful but also provides an immaculate and affordable apartment in a gorgeous house in the heart of Brooklyn. What we both loved about Liz's place is that it is at once and the same time elegant, contemporary and simple....and Liz goes out of her way to give sound advice about the surrounding city!"

  • My husband and I loved staying with Liz! She was easy going, resourceful and made us feel at home. Great location and lots to do around there. We absolutely fell in love with the Park Slope neighborhood in Brooklyn.

    November 2013
  • We came late at Liz place in Brooklyn but felt very welcomed anyway. She´s a very engaged and caring person and made our visit the best ever. The rooms were very good and nice, the beds were confortable and the space good to live in and to spend a day just cosy with the cat.
Liz gave us tips and recommendations that helped us alot and we appriciated her conversation and taking that she took care of us. We would very much come back to her lovely place and spend more time in Brooklyn.
The house is situated in a nice surronding next to 5th av. with nice restaurangs and shops. Barclay center has a lot to offer as well. It will be the NY Islanders homearena 2014 if you like hockey. For Yoga and Pilates exercize lovers its close to the studios. It is a safe and nice part of Brooklyn.
All best from all of us!

  • Elizabeth was such a great host! It was like meeting up with an old friend! The house and room were very welcoming and comfortable and I'm already planning to go back. Hope to be back in Brooklyn and at Elizabeth's very soon.

  • We had a lovely stay with Liz in Brooklyn. She was very welcoming and generous with local advice. The quirky, slightly rambling apartment is very convenient to the subway and good local cafés providing good value accommodation to those visiting NYC.

    September 2013
  • Liz is a wonderful host. She was welcoming and provided all I needed for my stay. I especially appreciated the refrig in the room stocked with (email hidden) was a very humid week in NY! The location couldn't be better for access to all that Park Slope has to offer.

    September 2013
  • Liz was the perfect host. The minute you step into her beautiful Brooklyn brownstone, you feel right at home. The amply sized room was clean, came with a stocked fridge and had handpicked literature about the area. Highly recommended!

    August 2013
  • Elizabeth was a very welcoming host in a very wonderful area of Brooklyn. Just enough to make you feel like you are not a tourist, but so very close to trains and some great coffee and food places. She is also kind enough to offer bikes to tool around on (and being that close to Prospect Park, I might have to do it next time) and umbrellas should it begin to rain. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

    August 2013
  • What can I say? Its my second time at Liz's (we were there in 2012) and it was a pleasure as usual. I loved the bedroom, the matress, and also the location is great (Park Slope is wonderful, and the house is just 4 blocks away from Atlantic Subway Station). And Liz is lovely!!! We would always recomend this place.

    August 2013
  • I enjoyed my time in Brooklyn and staying at Liz's made it so easy. The room was bright and clean, and having the mini-fridge stocked with water and juice was very welcoming. I left early in the a.m. and got back late in the p.m., so did not use all the amenities provided. I will definately plan on staying there in the future.
