Charming and quaint 800sqft cottage on a beautiful farm in the hills! Come relax in a corner of nature just 15min East of Oxford, Ohio. Wake up to a small stream, and the distant gentle sound of nature and farm animals awakening. Plus amazing views on the horizon. Soak up the enjoyment of natures small little expressions. This cottage accommodates 1-5 guests with one queen bed, a full size sleeper sofa and a very comfy twin mattress. Comes with an equipped kitchen and high speed internet.

The space
Stream Side Cottage is by a beautiful little stream, especially gorgeous in the Spring time. There is an outside patio and small deck to relax on. The inside is inviting and comfy. Perfect space for artists, writers or persons looking for a place to find peace of mind in a little inspiring get away. Please note there are several staircases, one being a spiral staircase, to use and access this space. This space is not best for those with walking disabilities or limitations. Need more?! Check out our Garden Flat (Lowest level of cottage. Has separate entrance.) listing to rent with the cottage! Newly renovated space with bedroom/queen bed, couch/tv, coffee nook, and bathroom.

Guest access
You will have a 2 parking spot. The cottages upper two floors are completely yours to use while you are staying with us. The lowest level is a separate listing "Quaint Stream Side Garden Flat" check out that listing if you need additional space. There is also a deck with a charcoal grill, and a patio with a fire pit. You are welcome to walk down to the stream side, which is absolutely beautiful. If you want a tour of the rest of farm or to see any of the animals on other side of property, just let us know!

Other things to note
Laundry access available upon request. We have our lowest level of cottage newly renovated and listed on a separate listing. Check it out (Quaint Stream Side Garden Flat) if you need a smaller or space or if you need more space and want to rent both (potential for 7 guests)! Patio area could be shared space if both of our listings are booked. Both listings have separate entrances.

Neighborhood highlights

Our location is just a few min outside of a tiny town. There is a post office and a convenient store, "Megan's", in town that also serves pizza. Our little farm and cottage is on an elegant hill side in the country. There is light traffic sound and animals sounds. Also plenty of beautiful birds and other sounds of nature.. You may wake up to a beautiful fog filled valley in the morning!
