The space
Former Coca Cola bottling plant architecturally distinct, stylishly renovated, and furnished with no details spared. Steps to historic Wooster street and the best of New Haven pizza (apizza) and amazing Italian food and desserts, this is a fantastic home base to experience the best of New Haven, Yale, and the CT shoreline or just relax. The 10-foot high tin ceilings and hardwood floors are all original.
Our unit is amazing but our service is exceptional! We want to you to have a memorable time with us. Your hosts are five-star local hosts (no nameless, faceless remote management here :) and we are committed to providing you with a curated experience during your stay with us in New Haven. The space comes with:
a) Two spacious bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed, the other with two full beds. A sleeper sofa is also available for the fifth person. New comfort mattresses on all beds.
b) Fully renovated spa bathroom with rain shower, soaking tub, and amazing Zellige tile work.
c) Fully renovated Chef's kitchen with all new appliances - fridge, microwave, gas range with hood, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and blender, spices, pots, pans, plates.
d) Living room with 65 inch Smart TV, Youtube TV is complimentary with all Cable channels. Netflix, Hulu, Disney +, and other streaming apps can be used with your subscription.
e) Large dining table with seating for 10 and enough room for many pizza boxes!
f) Central heat and central air conditioning with NEST thermostat
g) High-speed Gigabit internet for all your streaming and remote work needs
h) Off-street parking for 1 vehicle, on-street parking also available for additional car, total of 2+ parking spaces
i) Washer/dryer available in-unit for stays 3 nights or longer
j) Keyless entry and self check-in
k) Innerglass sound dampening indoor storm windows in the living room.

The property is a perfect spot for families with kids— maximum 2 infants— (pack and play, baby gate, etc. can be set up by request) or for small groups (maximum of 5 people). We might be able to accommodate an early check-in, or late check-out, for a fee, and can rent a baby stroller and car seat.

Guest access
All parts of the space are accessible. We ask that guests refrain from using the backyard for now.
