Located in an exceptional beachside position, only 30m to the family and pet friendly bay beach at Cape Woolamai this immaculate home offers perfect holiday experience for you and your family/ friends. The track to the beach is out the front of the home and you'd be there in 20 seconds! It's the perfect location on The Esplanade. The family will love this light and breezy house with huge yard to play in.

The space
Spanning two levels, the home offers welcoming open spaces, the upper level comprises the master bedroom with walk in robe and ensuite, open plan kitchen, living and dining area with access to the outdoor balcony, ideal for enjoying this superior location and water glimpses.

The downstairs entry leads to a further two bedrooms both with built in robes, and family bathroom and the garage has a table tennis table for your enjoyment.

Linen Set Hire - Guests can hire a full linen set for $30 per bed which includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillowcases. Bunk beds are classed as two beds. All beds are the same price.

Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $20 per person which includes a bath towel, beach towel and 2 tea towels.

Bathroom Set Hire - Guests can hire a bathroom set for $10 per bathroom which includes a bathmat and hand towel.

Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, there will be a one-off delivery / set-up fee of $40.

If the stay is longer than 7 days, ask management for any additional pricing.

For linen or towel hires, advise Ready Set Stay with 48 hours notice as last minute requests may not be possible.

Lost or damaged hired linen / towels may incur costs.

Ready Set Stay will assume no linen or towel sets are requested for hire unless advised

We ask all guests please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.

The home is in a residential area, we only allow dogs that are non barking style, that won't be continuously barking during the holiday and when owners leave the home.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. ACCEPTANCE AND RESPONSIBILITY
Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. CHECK IN / OUT
Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 10am. Refer to the house manual when your booking is confirmed for the key location and your unique code.

3. SECURITY BOND
A bond payment of $1,000 is allocated to the booking. Any damage, loss or expense incurred by management as a result breaching these terms and conditions will be charged against the bond. Examples of this include but are not limited to are any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared, complaints made against you, etc.

4. PARTIES AND FUNCTIONS
Parties are not allowed and noise and music must be kept to a minimum due to surrounding permanent residency. This property is located in a residential street. No loud music to be played after 8pm during the weekdays including Sunday and after 10pm on Friday and Saturday night. Disobeying these rules may result in potentially losing your bond and being evicted from the property.

5. PETS
Dogs are permitted however the area is residential and only dogs that won't bark when the owners leave the hone will be permitted to avoid disturbing the neighbours.

7. PROBLEMS OR COMPLAINTS
If a complaint is raised, guests will be contacted on the phone number provided on the booking request, please ensure this number is correct. If we cannot contact with you within 15 minutes of the complaint being received or if the noise issues are not rectified after speaking, we will arrange a security patrol car to attend the home to investigate the complaint. If this were to occur, then guests will be charged up to $300.

Any complaint, which cannot be resolved locally, must be notified in writing to management prior to departure from the property.

We recommend all guests purchase travel insurance since management are not responsible for any injuries, illness or accidents that may occur while staying at our property.

8. YOUR OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
You must comply with all applicable house rules for the property concerning occupancy, property, health, safety and quiet enjoyment of the property and our neighbours.

You are responsible for damage, breakage, and loss during your stay, please notify us.

Only the guests agreed to in the booking may stay in the property overnight. If more guests stay than the agreed number, all guests may be terminated without refund.

Before departure, all food must be removed from fridges and all rubbish put in the rubbish bins provided. Bins are to be left out on the nature strip.

Extra cleaning charges may be incurred for the cleaning of dirty dishes, washing machine, dishwasher, emptying the fridge, removal of excessive rubbish, cleaning the BBQ etc. Should the cleaning fee be more than the usual cost for cleaning the property, you will be charged the additional costs over and above the normal cleaning fee, which will be deducted from the security bond or charged to your credit card.

All furniture and furnishings must be left in the position they were in when you arrived.

The property should be vacated on time and secured. All windows and doors are to be locked. All keys must be returned to the safety box at the end of your stay.

You are responsible for the safekeeping of accommodation keys. Duplicate keys in the event of losing the keys will be provided at an additional charge of $100.

Smoking is not permitted in the house.

9. GENERAL INFORMATION
The home has a coffee machine that uses Nespresso pods. Feel free to BYO coffee pods.

The shed will not be available for guests.

Tiny dogs may squeeze through the outside fence.

Please ensure the portable speaker is left at the home.

If the water ever turns cold, go to the power box outside the front door there is a hot water boost button on the smart meter. This will heat the water again and takes about 2 hours. Other than that it just heats overnight. If there's a large group staying, we recommend to push the button every morning to ensure the water starts to reheat during the day.
