Jose/ Brian were gracious hosts. They provided a clean, well kept, and well stocked unit. In addition, they received various UPS packages on my behalf without question. Overall, a great experience.
The best service. Jose went above and beyond. Clean, plenty of towels, easy to use everything, big apartment and he even leaves his own style mini bar which is free and perfect. Highly recommend.
This apartment is just as nice as the photos show, but even better! I loved the shower, the kitchen was great and I can't say enough nice things about Jose. He left a whole slew of treats and endless coffee pods! Such a warm and easy place to stay. I will definitely rent this exact apartment again.
Brian and Jose were an excellent introduction to our Air B&B experience. The studio was charming, and the gentlemen welcoming. Even though we only saw Brian and Jose briefly, they spared nothing to make certain that we were the centerpiece of our space. This is truly a five star place!
This was one of if not THE BEST experience I have ever had with airbnb. From the moment I booked, to when we arrived and even when we left, Jose made me feel more than welcome. Information about how to enter the apartment when we arrive was given a few days in advnace, so I had time to print out the details. He helped with suggestions of how to arrive via public transit as we were not planning on renting a car. We were told the price, the station to get off, how far it was to walk...all little, but very important details that just made our arrival smooth.
When we arrived......the apartment is EXACTLY like it is in the picture - super clean and surprisingly spacious. There is a table near the front door with some instructions about how to use the keycard for the door, suggestions of good eating venues, our host contact details if we needed him at all during our stay and there was even a welcome basket with wine and snacks!
The kitchen and bathrooms are incredibly clean, the bathroom very modern. I can't believe how fresh everything was!
Our host knocked on our door once we were settled just to make sure everything was good and to let us know he was available if we needed anything at all. The street was quiet and it was a very short walk to everything.
I have no hesitation in recommending this place to anyone wanting to stay in the Castro, or San Fran in general.
This is the second time we've stayed in Jose's apartment. It has been a great experience both times. The apartment is nice, very efficient and close to all our needs. Jose is a perfect host - helpful, friendly and accommodating. And his goodie bags are a nice, added treat. Highly recommended!
