Located just 36 miles from Yosemite (via Hwy 140) and few minutes from Downtown Mariposa, it’s the perfect base for families, nature lovers, artists, and wellness-focused travelers.

Access and Safety
The final 1.5 miles to the home are on a gravel road. Guests have a private driveway.
For guest safety and property security, three exterior cameras are located at the front, side, and back of the home. They face outward only toward exterior areas and do not monitor any interior spaces.
The home uses well water, septic, propane, and solar.
For everyone’s safety in our high fire-risk area, open flames, candles, incense, fire pits, and any outdoor burning are strictly prohibited. Parties and events are not allowed. We appreciate your cooperation in helping protect the home and the surrounding environment.
