Sit back & relax in this premier corner home that combines 2 units built into 1 stunning Ocean Front offering located in the heart of Mission Beach. This entertainer’s delight is situated on 2 levels with nearly 3,000sf of indoor + outdoor space, wrap around floor to ceiling windows for optimal ocean, beach, & boardwalk views. Other features include 1st floor wrap around ocean front patio with multiple seating areas (not shared!), 4br + Den + 4ba, A/C, sleeps 10 (8 adults max).

The space
MAIN LEVEL (main living area + 2br + 2ba)
A small set of stairs leads to your main front entry & living area, perfectly perched ~6ft above the boardwalk for optimal panoramic ocean, beach, coastline, & boardwalk views. The floor to ceiling windows that wrap around this corner unit allow the space to be filled with natural sunlight, showcased by a warm contemporary style.

Discover a living room with plush sofa sectional & accent chairs, with adjacent sliding glass patio doors out to your exclusive patio. The living area flows seamlessly to your oversized gourmet chef’s kitchen, which boasts an island with elevated glass bar, quartz countertops, hanging pendant lights, custom cabinetry with glass uppers, & top of the line stainless steel appliances including a Bosch dishwasher, pro-level range and a double built-in refrigerator. Rounding out the main living area is a separate den with built-in entertainment center & SMART TV.

The hallways lead you to 2br’s + 2ba’s. Br1 houses a beautiful King bed & super cool TV that lifts out of cabinet, ensuite ba with dual vanities & jetted tub. Br2 includes a fun double twin bunk br. Off the hallway is a full bath (surround shower) & side x side washer/dryer.

UPPER LEVEL (2br + 2ba)
Dual sets of stairs leads you to the upper level. Br3 includes a King bed with SMART TV & ensuite ba with surround shower. Rounding out the upper level is Br4, which features a King bed, SMART TV, & ensuite ba (surround shower).
