Our beautifully renovated, raised A-Frame home sits on a private wooded lot in amenity-filled Locust Lake Village. Whether you’re looking to relax or simply change your office view, our 3-bedroom, 3-full bath home with an outdoor hot tub will exceed your expectations.

Located less than 2 hours from NYC or PHL, our home is a five-minute walk to one of several lakes and a short drive to Jack Frost, Kalahari, Camelback, Pocono Raceway, or Mt Airy Casino.

The space
With 3 unique bedrooms and a private sleeping loft, There & Back House comfortably accommodates 8 adults. All bedrooms have direct access to a full bathroom. The first-floor primary suite includes a queen bed, fireplace, HD TV with a streaming device, and a private sitting room with office space. The second-floor primary suite features a full-size bed and a private balcony overlooking the wooded backyard. The spacious third bedroom offers two twin beds. Our cozy sleeping loft comes with a full-size bed, HD TV with a streaming device, and an additional quiet office/study space.

The first-floor game room is equipped with a pool table, HD TV with a streaming device, fireplace, and a full supply of games and puzzles. The two-story great room features spectacular A-frame architecture and uninterrupted nature views. Enjoy meals at our 8-person dining room table or savor a cup of coffee in our breakfast nook next to a third fireplace. Step through the sliding glass door to enjoy the expansive front deck. The renovated kitchen provides stainless steel appliances, ample cookware, and plenty of dishes. The third level offers a comfortable sitting room with expansive views to both the front and back yards.

Our private backyard is the perfect retreat after a busy day at the lake or on the slopes. A large outdoor deck holds a hot tub and a fire pit area.

Child-friendly features are included throughout our home, including a pack & play, high chair, plastic dishes & flatware, and a collection of toys, books, and games.

AMENITIES
- Temperatures: The Poconos are generally cooler than nearby metro areas. Average night-time temperatures in the summer months are in the 50s. A window AC unit is provided on the 2nd floor along with fans for a comfortable sleeping environment.

- Provided Items: High-speed Wi-Fi, fresh linens & towels, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, body soap, dish soap, dish detergent, laundry detergent, hairdryer, tea kettle, coffee makers (drip & French press), food processor, toaster oven, microwave, olive oil, standard spices (as available), filtered water, pack & play crib, highchair, iron, and ironing board.

- Suggested Items to Bring: Firewood and/or Duraflame logs with fire starter, bug sprays, beach chairs, and towels.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have access to all areas within the home, except the owner's closets and the backyard shed. The home will be available after 4 PM on check-in day. A keypad lock allows for convenient and contactless access.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
- NO PARTIES ALLOWED. No more than 8 guests at our home at any time. All members of adult groups must be at least 25 years old to rent.

- Smoke-Free & Pet-Free: This is a smoke-free, pet-free property.

- Security Cameras: For the safety of our property and guests, we maintain security cameras on the outside of our property.

- Rental Agreement: A rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking.

Locust Lake Village
Locust Lake Village (LLV) requires you to register your group information while in the community. After the booking is made, a link to the form will be sent. Please have ready the names of everyone in your group and the following information for each car; make, model, color, and plate number, to complete the form.

Wristbands
During your stay in LLV, please wear the green renter wristbands provided at all times when using LLV amenities. The wristbands are kept in a plastic box on top of the microwave. Please note that LLV will charge $25.00 each for any missing wristbands so please be sure they are all returned before checkout!

PA fishing permits are needed to fish in the lakes

Please be very conscientious that this is a private community, with families and full time residents. There is also a community security patrol. Please respect quiet hours between 10PM and 8AM.

Locust Lake Village

In order to access community amenities, guests must be registered with the community. Within 48-hours of booking, you must provide the full names of guests staying in the home along with vehicle make/model and license plate information so that we can complete your registration.

Upon arrival, you must check-in at the community office by the main entrance. The office will provide amenity access badges, parking passes, and a compactor pass so that you can dispose of garbage. The community amenities fees listed below are collected at the main office upon arrival.
* Vehicle Registration - $5 per vehicle for the duration of the stay.
* Amenity Badges - First 6 badges are free. Additional badges are $9 per person for the duration of your stay. Children aged 12 and under do not require a wristband.
