Come enjoy the peacefulness of the sunrise or sunset overlooking the beautiful Tennessee River. There is plenty to do here fishing, walk our trails, we offer a paddle boat, and by the End of May we will have Kayaks for rent on a first come first serve basis.

The space
Although we are off the beaten path being on a dead end road, to me thatis the charm of it. being located right one the water with a view and access by trail you can sit relax and enjoy. This is a 2 unit Duplex. There is a possible shared space of a "center way" where there is a table and half bath. This is where the garage doors open with screens to give you that outside feeling inside without the bugs!
