This four-bedroom home fits 18 people and is perfect for your team accommodations, girls' night out, family reunions, and much more. Here in Paradise Village, you have several pools to choose from, one with a lazy river and water slide. You are close to the Tuacahn Amphitheater, Snow Canyon State Park, Gubler Park, and Harmon's Grocery. Just 1 hour to Zion, and 2.5 hours to Bryce National Park.

The space
This brand-new gorgeous home is perfectly nestled between Santa Clara and Ivins and has incredible views of the Tuacahn Red Mountains and Snow Canyon.

This house sleeps up to 18, and is perfect for large families or small groups. No more getting stuck with the “bad room”. In this home every room is the best.

Every bedroom has an en suite bathroom for your convenience. The King Bedroom on the main level features a bath with a soaking tub and dual closets.

The King Bedroom upstairs has a large dual vanity in its bath and its very own Romeo and Juliet Balcony.

If you choose to sleep in the upstairs Queen Bedroom, you will be able to enjoy your own private deck; the perfect place to view the sunsets.

Don’t forget about the kids! The fourth bedroom is a bunk room with 2 sets of twin over full bunks and a twin trundle, talk about the ultimate slumber party!

And finally, in the Family Room upstairs we have the most comfortable couch with ottomans that can be converted into 4 beds for smaller kids and teens (Or possibly more). In addition, we have an air mattress for your use to utilize space.

THIS IS UNIT 20.
Paradise Village in Santa Clara is just four miles outside of St George, but right next to all the best parts of southern Utah. We are right next to Gubler park for your baseball/softball needs. Tuachan theater is only 5 minutes away and is most likely ready with a showing.
