Cozy and private casita a rock throw away from NMSU. No car necessary to get to restaurants, grocery stores, or brewery, all a short walk away. Full kitchen, wi-fi, fully furnished, private yard with high fence and gate. Great for short or long-term stay!

The space
This casita is privately set off an alley, avoiding the noise of heavy traffic. It is part of a tri-plex. The other two are conjoined and are set apart from you.

Casita is a one bedroom, one bath with a full kitchen and living room area. Bathroom is a shower/tub combo. Casita has refrigerated air and heat. Automatic outdoor lights that turn on in the evening and off at dusk to ensure a well lit space for safety.

Guests have access to the entire casita and their own private yard with outdoor chairs to sit and enjoy. Yard is fully enclosed with a latch to ensure pets or kiddos do not escape by someone accidentally opening the gate. Fence is 6 feet tall, very private. Landscaped in gravel with small patio to reduce dirt and dust. Well-behaved pets will be considered and will incur an additional daily rate of $10 PER PET, (max $100 per month for long term). Please request rate if booking with a pet. There is a television with local channels and netflix available for your enjoyment. You will also find a dvd player that you can use if you care to rent from a red box nearby.

Minimal interaction with hosts... unless you have questions or need special assistance. We can respond quickly should a need arise, just a phone call away.

This area has other small homes nearby. We love that it is so close to the university and the Las Cruces Convention Center. You can enjoy local restaurants that are a short walk away; Chick-fil-A, Starbucks, Jimmy Johns Deli, Zeffiro Pizza, IHOP, The Game Sports Bar and Grill, Bosque Brewing Co., and a bunch more to choose from. Fed Ex Office Print and Ship Center is also next door.

Las Cruces has public transportation that you can catch 200ft away. There is parking at the casita in case you have a rental car. This casita is conveniently located right next to the University with anything you may need near by.

I love to meet new people from other cities and hear about their lives. My husband is Sicilian and we enjoy spending our time working on many home projects, and caring for our many rescue animals. My personal goal is to have every guest feel completley comfortable. I hope that if there was any way we could improve our casita, that they let us know.
