The space
Enjoy your stay in this beautifully decorated studio apartment located in the back portion of 1860's Italian Villa nick named by the neighbors as "The Taj." This lovely space is the perfect base to explore Rochester and even has a balcony for you to relax and unwind on after all of your adventures. It has everything to help you have a great stay - WiFi, Netflix, queen size bed with professionally laundered bedding, well equipped kitchen with coffee and tea, dedicated workspace. Laundry (located in a shared hallway outside the unit) is shared with two other airbnbs located right above and right below this unit.

We offer off street parking for one vehicle in the driveway but can provide a parking pass for a second vehicle to park on the street (street signs rules apply). Please let us know ahead of time, if you will have more then one car.

Welcome to the oldest residential neighborhood in Rochester, NY. This historic neighborhood sits on the banks of Genesee River and is full of tree lined streets and beautiful Victorian homes. It is home to the biggest summer festival in Rochester, Corn Hill Arts Festival. Corn Hill landing is about a 7 minute walk from the apartment and has 5 restaurants, a wine bar, sports bar, and a small convenience store.
