This a private room in a shared space, and 2 house pets, our cat Lynx and our chicken Matilda. There are two other roommates so a total of 2 people living there, and you as a guest. Our apartment has exposed brick which gives the place a unique feel. The room has a desk, and a chair. I need to update the photos as we have painted the walls a grey color too. There is a huge closet. Super close to many cute shops and good restaurants, a couple streets over.

The space
A Simple room, with a window. A desk and chair for your needs. Huge closet with hangers. Ceiling fan and personal electric heater.. Also the bed has sheets and a down blanket along with 2 soft pillows.. there is a shared bathroom as well.

I am in and out of the apartment all day, Depending on when you stay i may be around to hang out. You may see me a lot as I own the building and hang out with my pet chicken Matilda who lives in the backyard.

The neighborhood has many shops and restaurants along with bars to choose. Walk to North Ave or Division St and walk east. I can recommend spots for you as well as take you to certain places if I am around.

The blue line is a 15 min walk, and the division Bus is two blocks south and the North Ave bus is 2 blocks north. I can help with directions to anywhere.

We do enjoy drinking wine or craft beers while listening to music in the kitchen or hanging out in the yard by the fire pit after a long day.. Join us please!

You will have access to all the common areas of the building, including the firepit in the yard, Laundry room in the basement, Kitchen and its supplies, tv and feel free to watch DVDs in the living room.

My interaction with guests depends on my work schedule. I do hope we can have some wine or craft beer and chat.
