Welcome to Sunset Harbor, home of the best sunsets in Gulf Breeze! This loft-style apartment is located at Pier One Marina, so it offers beautiful views of Pensacola Bay. You can swim in the bay there, or take a 10 minute drive to the island’s beaches.

On weekends, you can usually find live music and food at the area beaches, if you feel like being social, or you can stay secluded on the deck and watch the views from above. Our guidebook has some local info!

The space
Sunset Harbor Loft has a large deck facing Pensacola Bay.

Inside, the living room opens up to a deluxe kitchenette and coffee bar with a small dining table. Four bedrooms and 1 bathroom surround the living room, and a spiral staircase leads to the loft. The loft has a bed, a bathroom, & a den area.

Both bathrooms have showers (please note that there is no bathtub).

Tv’s equipped with Roku are provided in each bedroom on the first floor. There is also a tv with local channels and a DVD player in the main living room. The loft area does not have a tv at this time.

Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the apartment. The rest of the property has a flower shop, a Thai restaurant, a small private marina, and an office for Freedom Boat Club.

Other things to note
Families: Children are welcome here, we have a pack-n-play upon request. We can place that in the unit for you as you arrive. We do not have baby gates.

Parking: The lot is open to the public on a first come, first serve basis. It starts to fill up around sunset on weekends, so we recommend arriving close to your 3pm check-in to secure a spot by the entrance.

Stairs: This apartment has two sets of stairs: one flight outdoors to get to the front door, and a spiral staircase inside to access the loft.

Coffee: We have a regular coffee pot with filters and a Keurig that takes k-cups.

TV: 4 tv’s with Roku are provided in the first floor bedrooms, and 1 tv with local channels and DVD player is installed in the main living room.

Parties & events: This is an ideal place to host a small gathering or event.
