This bright condo is located in the beautiful Skyline Marina in Anacortes - a ten minute drive to downtown Anacortes and a two minute walk to Washington Park. 1.2 miles away is the Anacortes Ferry Terminal, your gateway to the San Juan Islands.

The space
Spacious living area with high ceilings, skylights, fireplace and dining room table for 6. Open air balcony off the living/dining room area. Open concept into the full kitchen equipped with service for eight, pots, pans/baking dishes, blender, mixers, Instapot, etc. There are two large bedrooms. The master bedroom has one King bed and private enclosed sunroom with marina view. Master bathroom offers dual vanity, jetted tub, shower stall. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and partial marina view; the second, full bathroom is right next to the Queen bedroom. Washer & Dryer located just off the kitchen. There is a designated outdoor parking spot.

Are you looking for something ultra hip and modern? This is not for you! Built in the mid 90s, the original appliances/fixtures were built to last and are still working well.

Island Transport, a small business that transports goods to the San Juan Islands by boat is located below the condo. There is potential noise from this business while they are loading or unloading their cargo, but usually in short intervals.

Stairs (~25 of them) are a required climb up to the condo level.

The condo is not set up for small children, however we will bring at your request items that would make it easier such as: a pack & play, hallway gates, high chair, etc.

Hi :) I manage two listings on Airbnb: "Anacortes Bunkhouse" & a marina condo "Anacortes Getaway". I moved to Western WA from Southern CA in 2016 & have fallen in love with the PNW. I work as a bartender/server at a local seafood restaurant called Anthony's.
