The barn provides extra parking and room for a trailer. There is also an outdoor space with seating and a BBQ grill. The house is conveniently located on the north side of highway 180, just 2 miles west of Anson. There are restaurants and convenience stores very close by with a full grocery store on the north end of town; still just a 5 minute drive away.

Where you’ll be

The house sits on 3 1/2 acres with another 80 behind it farmed in cotton. It is quiet and pitch black at night for the best possible night’s sleep! The neighbors to the east have horses and cows who sometimes come to the fence to visit. And the sunsets can be spectacular, right from the front porch!
