NO PREVIOUS GUEST HAS KEYS. Think about that security for one moment. There is a unique entry code for every guests, that is masterfully changed to one never been used before. Absolutely NO RISK of any previous guest ever having gaining entry. I'm huge on safety and personally I would not be able to sleep at night at any location that didnt have the same treatment.

Marsha had a really cool apartment! Would stay here again since it was so close to downtown attractions. Highly recommended!
Marsha is an amazing host; always available and super hospitable. She had bagels, oj and coffee waiting for us when we arrived, very thoughtful.
The apartment is as beautiful as the photos suggest. It's very spacious, modern and clean. Three of us (adults) stayed for 3 nights on a business trip and were very pleased. I would definitely recommend. The small gym in the complex was very handy. Marsha also stocked the apartment with all the toiletries and essentials we needed for our short trip.
We were advised by numerous people that the apartment is located in a rough part of town. I'm not sure if this is true but we had absolutely no problems and it's within walking distance of the dome and millennium park. We used Uber to book a car each day we needed it.
The ground floor bedroom is a concrete floor with a thick mat covering most of the floorspace. This didn't bother us in the slightest as the beds were all really comfortable.
All in all, great value. I have a young family and would also recommend for families.
Thanks Marsha, you were awesome!
Marsha is a TOP NOTCH host. Her communication was clear, helpful, and proactive. She even checked that we got in okay. And, she is very responsive to feedback. If you are planning to go to the Global Conference Center, this apartment is a 7 or 8 block walk--doable in good weather. The apartment itself could use a freshening up of the paint job. The furnishings were all very nice, and Marsha has an eye for design! LOVED the colors. The roof deck has a gorgeous view of downtown, and it was very nice that there was a thermostat control for the upstairs bedroom.
It's more of a townhouse than a loft, but it is spectacular nevertheless. My friends and I used it as a sleepover for her 30th Birthday. We booked it because it reminded her of her spectacular condo in her high-rise in Chicago. Marsha's place is exceptional and I would totally rent it again. My friend loved it so much, she is considering moving in next door! Anyone looking for plenty of room and looking for an open layout should consider this place!
Marsha was an excellent host. She made the check-in / out process very straightforward and the apartment was just as described yet even nicer than we expected. She also bought us breakfast that was left in the fridge for our first morning in the apartment. There were some really useful tips on Atlanta she had typed up for us and was very communicative. 10/10.
It is very clean and roomy.
There is a water issue in showers. Water flows very very slow
First time air bnb user, & i was completely satisfied. My host Marsha was really helpful, & was always prompt when responding to any questions i had.
My family and I had a comfortable stay at Marsha's huge townhouse. It fit all 5 of us very comfortably with room to spare. There were 2 huge full baths that made it very easy for us. The kitchen and dining/living area was great for cooking breakfast and just lounging around. We were huge fans of her Netflix as well! :) The only reason I did not give 5 stars is the location - there is nothing much going on in the Neighborhood and isn't the safest to walk around in. But Marsha and her place were great. Marsha was amazing and hospitable over the phone and very receptive. Would still recommend this place but you definitely need a car to get around.
Enjoyed my stay here. Seconds from downtown Atlanta with many restaurants within walking distance. Tourist guides were also available here providing information for the surrounding attractions. If your headed to Atlanta to experience the downtown attractions this is a very convenient location.
This was the ideal place for our visit to Atlanta for a conference at the GWC. It was a short (and safe) walk to the conference center, there were great options for food and coffee in the neighborhood, and the layout of the apartment allowed a lot of privacy (for 3 work colleagues). Highly recommended!
