Completed in the Summer of 2020, this one is a show stopper with custom-made full-sized bunk beds capable of comfortably sleeping eight people. The kitchenette includes a sink, coffeemaker, hot plate, mini-fridge, microwave, a table with seating for 4, and a full bathroom. We know you’ll enjoy watching the sun rise and set from the carefully appointed front and back porches.

Neighborhood highlights

This is an operational music and event venue, and depending on when you visit (between April and November) there may be a Sunday evening blues concert taking place or some other small private event. Currently things are pretty quiet from January through April 2021. Our main pavilion is open air, allows for ample physical distancing and privacy. Each of the cabins are positioned a few hundred feet from the pavilion. If you are a music lover, this will be right up your alley. If you're not, don't worries the shows are typically every 2nd and 4th Sunday and wrap up by 9pm. Out of an abundance of caution, we will assess whether to postpone our concert series as that time approaches. Otherwise you can anticipate quiet and peaceful enjoyment of the land.

I have lived between the great city of New Orleans, the Mississippi Gulf Coast and the North Mississippi Hill Country since about 2000 and love to travel. In 2011 I backpacked around the world for a year, did a lot of CouchSurfing, hitchhiking, and friend making. Love the experience of getting off the beaten path, connecting with new people, and making it up as we go. I'm a great and considerate guest, an accommodating host, and love how sites like this are making the world a much smaller place.
