Welcome to the Rivah! Lovely and inviting freshly renovated and beautifully decorated house with 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Relax on the covered porch, large double deck with new hot tub, or our private dock. Walk the private beach and look for bald eagles, gaze at an evening fire, go crabbing/fishing, or jump in the community pool! Bring your boat + jet skis! We provide two kayaks and two standup paddle boards. There are two private community beaches in the neighborhood to enjoy!

Bring your boat and jet skis! There are 2 nearby boat launch sites in the community and they are always open.
There is plenty of outdoor seating including lounge chairs, conversation set. Large covered porch has dining table and 2 fans to keep you cool. Bring your beach/lawn chairs - there is a private beach in the neighborhood and a fire pit for cool nights near our dock. We provide a grill on the dock, but please BYO propane if you’d like to use it.
There is plenty of parking for up to 4 cars and a covered car port.
We have 2 stand up paddle boards, 2 kayaks, fire pit, and a few fishing poles for you to enjoy. We have 2 adult size life jackets for your use.
Guests have access to community swimming pool open during summer season.
The house is freshly renovated and nicely decorated with coastal farmhouse decor.

The main floor has a living room and a family room for lounging. Large counter-height dining table seats 8. Large wrap around couch in the basement for lounging. Wine bar adjacent to kitchen with 3 stools at eat-in bar for seating.
Ping pong table and board games in the basement. There are two TVs - one in the basement and one in the living room.
The kitchen is equipped with a full-size fridge, stove, wine fridge, microwave and dishwasher. All dishes, pots and pans and cutlery, coffee pot, and other small appliances for your convenience.
The master suite with en-suite bathroom is on the main floor with incredible water views and deck access. There are two additional bedrooms with queen beds and a full bathroom on the main floor. There are two bedrooms on the lower level (Q, 2 Full beds) with a large full bathroom. Rather than traditional dressers to crowd the rooms, the 4 main beds are made of solid wood with storage drawers underneath.
There is a full size washer and dryer in the basement.
*This is a quiet community and we respect our neighbors. We are looking for families or groups of mature friends who are seeking a getaway from the stresses of life, but are not seeking a party house environment.*

There are two closets that are locked for personal items and turnover supplies. These two closets are not for guest use.
Other things to note
Up to 2 pets allowed with pet reservation and fee. Pets are not allowed on the furniture. You must clean up after your pet in the yard.
LIABILITY WAIVER: You understand that swimming and the use of paddle boards is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming and using the paddle boards. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and use of the paddle boards and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming and use of the paddle boards may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming and using the paddle boards if a person has health risks, or if a person swims or uses the paddle boards while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming or using the paddle boards. All Airbnb Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Airbnb Guests and Airbnb Host.
