Our comfy, well-equipped home is in a quiet neighborhood just 1/2 mile from downtown, with easy access to numerous restaurants, craft breweries and wineries, boutiques, markets, and outdoor activities.

The Cozy Suite is a completely private, 2-bedroom suite with everything you need to relax during your Harrisonburg adventure.

❖SLEEP❖
The Cozy Suite comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests with plenty of common spaces to relax in. Both the king and queen bedrooms boast high quality mattresses with luxurious memory foam toppers and sparkling clean linens, full size closets, and extra pillows and blankets.

❖EAT❖
The economy kitchenette designed for practicality is complete with a microwave, mini fridge, and Keurig coffee maker. You will also find dishes, wine glasses, cutlery and basics like sugar, salt & pepper, and creamer. The guest resources binder inside the suite lists all of our favorite downtown restaurants which are just minutes away!

❖RELAX❖
A brand new couch with chaise lounge, as well as cushioned dining chairs provide ample seating in the common room, which features a flatscreen Roku TV and electric fireplace. The suite also has reading material, books, and card games. Free, high speed wifi throughout the house ensures reliable connectivity during your stay.

❖PLAY❖
The Cozy Suite is within walking distance of Kiwanis Park, which features a playground, basketball court and running track. Other nearby parks featuring beautiful views and accessible walking trails include Purcell Park, Hillandale Park, and Westover Park.

Guests will enjoy complete privacy and exclusive access to the entire lower level of the house. This includes:
• A private entrance with self check-in via a secure lockbox.
• The full two-bedroom suite.
• Private living room, kitchenette, and full bathroom.
• A dedicated outdoor patio with seating for your personal use.

Please note: A trusted tenant lives in the separate, upper level of the house. You may occasionally hear soft footsteps from above, but the space is generally very quiet.

Early check-ins/late check-outs can often be accommodated with advance notice for an additional fee.

Unapproved late check-outs will automatically incur a fee of $50 per hour.

ACCESSIBILITY: The Cozy Suite is a lower-level unit. Please be aware that there are stairs leading down to the private patio and entrance, which may not be suitable for those who have difficulty with stairs.

CHECK-IN/OUT: Early check-ins and late check-outs can often be accommodated with advance notice for an additional fee. Unapproved late check-outs will automatically incur a fee of $50 per hour.

PARKING: Parking is limited to 2 cars per reservation.
