I have a beautiful ground floor, homely 3 bedroom apartment with a large single/twin room, available for you to stay in during your visit to Edinburgh!
During your stay you will have access to the rest of the flat. I have a fully fitted kitchen which is equipped with all mod cons. You are welcome to cook meals, or eat with me if I happen to be home and cooking! Also you are welcome to help yourself to anything is the cupboards...just, please don't eat everything! Your are also free to use the living room with a television and free view during your stay. Please note that I have a pet rabbit who lives in my living room. The rabbit won't ever be in your room, but if you have allergies please keep this in mind. I have an internet dongle which you are free to use during your stay to check emails, and look up Edinburgh's tourist attractions! It is not however suitable for downloading large files and such. There is also on street parking available.
While you are in Edinburgh I can give you advice on the best places to go and things to do. The area has great amenities and an excellent bus service which will have you in the West End in just 15 minutes on the 37 bus route. Edinburgh is packed with great shopping, tasty restaurants, and historical sights, including Princes Street, the Royal Mile and of course Edinburgh Castle. I live close to the Botanical Gardens and Cramond Beach. You will never be stuck for anything to do!
I am a friendly host who will do all in my power to ensure you have a relaxing, fun and memorable stay!
La estadía fue linda y Anne es muy amable!!!
Excelent host! Always willing to help us! The room is very confortable . We had a fabulous time at her house! Thanks Anne!
I really enjoyed my stay in Edinburgh thanks to Anne. She was an incredible host who went above and beyond her call to make me feel at home. Anne was pretty welcoming, as well as warm, hilarious and smart. She was accommodating and helped me navigate through the city by either giving me advise or driving me into it on her way to work (thanks to our similar schedules). She even offered to drop me off at the airport on her way to Glasgow. I needed to print my boarding pass and she was very helpful with that as well! Her rabbits were as sweet as can be and her place was clean and cozy. On my last day, Anne was having a new door put in, to ensure her guests felt as safe and comfortable as can be. Even without her new door, I felt safe in her home. She made sure I was warm and comfortable. She was central enough to still enjoy the Scottish daily normalcy, with just a bus ride away to the tourist locales. Also, I had the fortune of meeting her two sweet friends Patricia and Sam who were very great in personally showing me around and teaching me Scottish history. On the final day, I wanted to go to Gilmerton Cove, but because it was just myself, I wasn't able to make an appointment until Anne offered to come along. It was definitely a great experience and if I end up in Edinburgh again, I'll first see her AirBnB's availability. Thank you Anne, if you're ever in Los Angeles, please ring me up. I will show you the same great hospitality! :)
Anne is a wonderful host, pleasant, kind and a very interesting person to talk to.
Anne is super friendly, she welcomed us and made us feel at home. The place was great and the area is close to the beach which is lovely. Anne has great tips for places to go as well.
Anne was a wonderful host! Her accomodation is near bus services so it's easier if you want to visit Edinburgh. Anne gave us really good tips when we wished to go out. Our room was clean and welcoming and it was so fun having her rabbits around ^^
Anne was a hospitable host with two lovely rabbits! It was easy to take a bus from center city to her flat. I highly recommend this airbnb residence to students on a budget!!
Her hospitality was most phenomenon. I didn't know her laptop wasn't for public use and used it early one morning. When she found out, she just told me, nicely, what the regulations were. Her tenacity in encouraging us to visit and walk around Edinburgh makes me wanna visit Edinburgh again and again. A Scottish lady with great authentic pride of her city, Edinburgh.
The room that I stayed in was nice and quaint and the neighborhood, really quiet and suburban, finds her house just 5mins walk from a main street with a couple of buses that bring you right into the heart of the city (and comes in from different directions too so you get a good feel of the city centre).
Her rabbits too... they made the house feel so warm and homely. They never disturb you, though sometimes you would see them loitering along the corridor... and they just put a smile on your face.
Toilet is comfortably sized. Bedrooms have ample space so you do not need to worry about having to hug your luggage at night.
All in all, a great warm place to end off a long day, a great warm place FOR the day.
I'll be seeing you soon!
Open-hearted, open-handed Anne runs a great little ship. Everything works, is clear for guests and I was in no doubt that I was genuinely welcome. Home from home. Good to meet you Anne!
Anne war zwar heute nur kurz da, aber es hat gut gepasst!
