Located in the beautiful town of Rio Rico. Just a few minutes from the Mexican border and from the art community at Tubac. A few blocks from a beautiful walking trail, gymnasium and several churches. This private apartment has all the amenities you need for a short or long stay. We take all the necessary steps to make sure the space is sanitary by disinfecting all areas and washing all bedding and linens to protect you and your family or guests.

The space
The 2-bedroom apartment is over 900 square feet and is all to yourself. It has a front and back private patios. We even included a grill with tools to enjoy a nice burger or a carne asada. The kitchen is fully stocked with blender, toaster, microwave, electric can opener, juicer, nutribullet, blender and all the utensils to make a nice dinner, including wine glasses to enjoy your meal. In the dining area you will find a coffee station, which includes coffee, sugar, creamer, a variety of teas and hot chocolate. The living room has a TV with Netflix and Hulu access. Wifi available. A nice and very comfortable desk and chair is found in the main bedroom, which can also be used as a vanity with a large mirror. Bedrooms have plenty of space for your clothes and personal items. Washer and dryer for your convenience as well as an iron available in the laundry room. Heater and A/C. SMALL PETS ALLOWED (UP TO 20 LBS). THERE IS NO PET FEE FOR YOUR FIRST PET (ONLY TWO (2) PETS ALLOWED, FOR THE SECOND PET PLEASE INQUIRE WITH THE HOST BEFORE BOOKING).
