This lovely single story home is centrally located in the heart of Berea. Our home sleeps 4 people. The space includes a full kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom. The main bedroom offers a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom has a full bed. There is a covered carport for your vehicle and 2 steps entering into the home.

We only provide a smart TV and wifi for our guests to login to their personal streaming services. Our property does not have cable.

My name is Laura Carpenter. My husband and I run The Laura Carpenter Group. We are both Realtor’s with Keller Williams Greater Lexington. My husband Randy and I were childhood sweethearts and we have been married 34 years. After raising 2 daughters we are officially empty nesters. I have always loved people and houses. Randy has always loved music. Randy has been a member of the Narrow Road gospel bluegrass band for 27 years. He plays guitar and is a song writer. We decided to leave our jobs and pursue our dreams. We now sell houses, investment property, and host vacation rental homes. Our motto is music makes it special and once a client, always a friend. Jesus Christ is our Lord and Savior, without him we could do nothing.
