PERFECT for multigeneration vacations -- for those young or young at heart. We have room from Grandma & Grandpa, Mom & Dad, and 4 kids. Grandma & Grandpa can sit on the balcony and watch the kids play in the pool. Elevators and ramps are throughout the property for those with mobility issues.
Book a massage at Oasis Spa, float around the 750-ft lazy river, or fall asleep listening to the seagulls and waves. Diamond Beach has the most incredible amenities for all our guests!
Those amenities include a 24-hr concierge; state-of-the-art fitness center; game room with video games (free — leave your quarters at home), pool table, shuffleboard, and Wii consoles; kid's playroom; heated indoor pool; and a business center with computers, printer & internet.
Golf arcade game is an absolute must!
Stop by the Concierge desk to check out pool cues or shuffleboard pucks on your way to the game room. Those of you of a certain age may enjoy the Space Invaders or Defender video games. Maybe you are in the mood for a movie? Reserve the 35-person large-screen theater with deep lounge-type seating.
Finish your perfect day with cocktails on your extra large private balcony.
The unit provides a large master bedroom with king bed. En suite has double sinks with large walk-in shower with grab bars for your safety.
The 2nd bedroom is very comfortable with a queen bed.
The 3rd bedroom offers a bunk bed (full over full).
Second bath has a shower & tub with grab bars. Washer & dryer are also there.

Unfortunately, this building does not allow pets for renters. Our HOA will ask you to leave, so please don’t try to sneak in a dog or 2.
We’ve spoken with the seagulls and have asked them to not dirty our balcony after we have cleaned it. However, sometimes they do not listen. We apologize in advance for Mother Nature and have provided spray and paper towels for a quick wipe, if you choose. There is a faucet & hose under the kitchen sink -- if you really want to get adventurous!
Building and condo is completely accessible (ramps & elevators). There is a threshold to get onto our balcony, however (3-4 inches). Same with the master shower.
To make your arrival smooth, we provide a starter supply of essentials including toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, and basic cleaning supplies. This is thoughtfully stocked to comfortably get you through the first 2–3 days of your stay.
For longer stays, just like at home, you'll be responsible for purchasing additional consumables once the initial supply runs out. Feel free to reach out and ask us about local store options or what delivery services operate in the area.
