Other Things to Note
Excellent party place ;-)

The apartment was exactly as described. Great location right in the center of the Temple Bar area which was very convenient and greatly contributed to our stay in Dublin. Highly recommend this apartment for anyone who plans to spend a lot of time in the city around Temple Bar.
A very convenient place to stay. Nicolas was very helpful, and would love to use this apartment again!
This was something we booked at the last minute and Nicolas was very helpful in accomodating us. He was actually out of town and we never met. We stayed around the corner from Temple Bar on Dame Street. The location is great (right next to the Olympia Theater) but the entrance is a little sketchy! The apartment is roomy and everything but the bathroom was fine. There was hot water but it had serious moisture/mold problems.
I felt that this setup was definitely not what we expected. My friends went to the flat first and they met to French girls who barely spoke English.
The flat also had a lot of loose wires hanging around and I felt that the description was a bit misleading.
The location is amazing, however I havent really decided if I feel it was worth the price we paid per person.
I have spent a very great Time there. It is situated close to every things. The flat was great and the noise of the pub isn't very annoying, you didn't hear so much. Nicolas is a very good person, very kind with his hosts. You can talk to him about problems that you could have.
I've been really happy to live in Nicolas' Flat.
Great location, very responsive host interested in taking care of you, and easy to work with! We spent 6 days in Dublin, and could not have found a better place!
Great contact and very helpful in the run up to our visit. Unfortunately, when we arrived the previous people were still in the apartment and didn't leave until 5:30, giving the cleaner little time to clean the flat. Consequently, things were still lying aound and the kitchen stove was so dirty it wasn't an option to use it. However, we were there for a good weekend and the location could not have been better for that!
