The location is good. It's noisy in the wee hours when the beer delivery guys are rolling beer kegs through the cobblestone streets, but we knew what we were getting into staying above the Temple Bar Pub. What we didn't expect was the state of the bathroom. The bathroom in flat 6 is overrun with mold. Additionally, the shower drain is clogged so water stands in the tub long after use, same with the sink. Also, when we arrived there was no toilet paper in the flat. We had to go downstairs to the guy who'd checked us in and ask for some. An overall mediocre experience.
The location can't be beat! We were technically switched to a different apartment about 4 minutes from the Locksmith, and the apartment was nice, modern, comfortable. The apartment overlooks an alley way that sees a lot of activity and noise at all hours- not well suited for light sleepers. We came into Dublin immediately following St. Patrick's day, so Nicolas and his staff were swamped trying to get everything cleaned and ready (there were some bags of garbage left outside of the apartment our entire stay, etc...).
Great for youngsters who want to go to the pub for a couple of days. Not so great for people who want to be in a decent place to stay. It wasn't very clean. Also, if you want to go to bed early, also not a great place to stay, The appartement is directly above the Temple Bar. GREAT LOCATION, but quite noisy until 2 am. So again, if you want to hit the pubs in Dublin every night, it's a great place!
Nice, uncomplicated contact! The apartment was well-equipped with everything you need. The price was unbeatable in that area. Go there and check it out!
The flat was exactly as shown in the pictures, clean and hospitable.
Nicolas is a nice french man who helped us out in a nice way for us to get a good stay. Perfect location in the middle of Temple Bar area and literally above the Temple Bar.
Location couldn't be any better, 1 floor above the most famous in Dublin.
Nicolas was an amazing host. Right from the very beginning when we booked the apartment he offered a discount taxi service directly to the apartment from the airport. Once we arrived he provided a ton of suggestions and was very accommodating. Since you are above the Temple Bar it is noisy at night, but that did not bother us. We wished we could have stayed in Dublin longer but we had a wonderful time in the couple days we were there. Would recommend!
Central location- Ideal for group of people looking for a bed and somewhere to have a shower. Nicolas was very helpful and friendly.
