This is a marmite flat that some will love and some hate. It is a large, characterful flat with a lot of old antique furniture and ancient four poster, an sleigh bed and a double put-me-up bed. It is set only yards away from one of Scotland's busiest and noisiest streets.
Neither the bathroom nor the kitchen are modern. There is no television, but there are hundreds of books a dodgy old grand piano and a guitar.
The views up and down the Royal Mile are stunning.
