This charming 3 bedroom grade II listed rural cottage with Swedish wood fired hot tub, log burning stoves, well maintained gardens, parking, paddock, stable block, stunning views and peaceful surroundings this is the perfect retreat for small groups, families & couples it is a superb base for walking, cycling or just exploring the beautiful countryside that the Dales has to offer.

Litton is a quaint rural village with a country inn The Queens Arms which serves home cooked meals (booking advised) just a 30 minute walk across the fields.

Betty’s Vintage Hut which is a must for afternoon tea is just down the lane.

The nearest shop is in Threshfield, they have an excellent butchers counter and general day to day items, it is a 20 minute drive away.

Kettlewell is a charming village which is known for its Scarecrow Festival which has been running for over 25 years, there are three pubs and tearooms.

Grassington or (Darrowby - All Creatures Great And Small) is a picturesque market town around a 30 minute drive away, here you will find an abundance of boutique shops, restaurants, and cafes.

Linton Falls is a popular waterfall walk, there is a public house called The Fountain Inn.

Malham Cove a natural amphitheatre and Janets Foss Waterfall are around a 10 minute drive from the cottage.

In Malham there are two restaurants, The Lister Arms and The Buck Inn.

Settle is around 20 minutes away, there is a Booths supermarket, independent shops, cafes, market in the cobbled square on Tuesdays.
