It’s the coziest place to retreat and relax. Overlooking the Guadalupe River, the tiny house offers a simplistic-Scandinavian-boho style, that compels you to believe that less is more. Lots of natural light shines through. The space is minimal, warm and airy.

The deck provides an extra spot to lounge outside for that morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine. Enjoy the calmness that a day can offer and a good night’s sleep.

Take a dip in the stock tank pool, during the hot summer days!

The space
The property is gated on a shared piece of land. There are other airbnb’s nearby. You have a wide open field of trees in front of the tiny house, with two neighbor airbnb’s to the immediate right. When you pull into the property from the gate entrance, to the left, there are rows of parked container trucks and stacks of collected trees and wood. To the right, there is a yard of collections: train cars, wood, boats, machinery, etc.. The tiny house doesn’t sit alone.

The space where the tiny house sits feels nice and private. In the spring and summer, you’re surrounded by lush green trees and grass. The tiny house is shaded under a tree.

The tiny house is tiny. Please refer to the photos, as these give an accurate feel for the space. It’s approx 192 square feet inside and a deck that is 10 x 20.

This isn’t a hotel. The property is private, located along the Lake Dunlap. You can kayak or take a swim in the river. The tiny house is curated with quality decor and linens.
