The 4**** cottage "Les Tournesols" welcomes you in a family atmosphere a few steps from the Dordogne. Enjoy your stay in a peaceful environment and take advantage of many activities in the surrounding area.
You will find everything you need for a pleasant holiday: a large shaded garden without vis-à-vis, a swimming pool, a modern open-plan kitchen and a typical living room. The location of this house is ideal for discovering the wonders of the Périgord Noir.

The space
The house consists of the old part completely renovated in old Dordogne stones where you will find the living room, the master bedroom and an intelligently merged modern part which brings a welcome additional volume.

The interior of the house offers a double atmosphere that perfectly combines the typical side with elegant modernity. The cozy living room with fireplace offers a cocooning side while the modern kitchen area open to the garden brings a feeling of calm and vacation.

You have on the ground floor:
A living room with fireplace, two sofas and armchair, television, DVD player, Hifi, internet, cable TV and library.
Bedroom 1: a suite with a 160 cm bed, large closet and adjoining bathroom with WC, towel dryer, hair dryer.
Separate toilet with washbasin.
A fully equipped kitchen with dining area overlooking the garden and the swimming pool.

Upstairs you have:
Bedroom 2: two separate beds and storage.
Bedroom 3: double bed 160 cm and storage.
Bathroom: shower, WC, towel dryer.
Sheets, blankets, pillows, towels and bath towels are provided.

Neighborhood highlights

Around the accommodation you will find a beautiful and bucolic countryside. The beaches of the Dordogne river and the nearest canoe bases are 5 min away by walk from the accommodation.

Vitrac Port is the nearest village (6 minutes on foot). There are two good restaurants, a bar-café and a guinguette along the Dordogne river. There is a small shop (bread, fruit, local products and wine) a few minutes away by walk on the road to Sarlat.

The bastide of Domme, nicknamed the acropolis of Périgord, located 15 minutes away by bike from the accommodation, is a remarkable site, ideal for strolling, shopping, and eating an ice cream while looking at the view over the valley.

Cénac is the nearest village with all amenities (bakery, supermarket, petrol station...) is a 7 minute drive away.

La Roque-Gageac: a village nestled between its cliff and the Dordogne river, a major tourist site that really deserves a look, is also 7 minutes away by car.

Sarlat is the nearest town (10 minutes by car). This magical place of art and history is a must visit!
