Updated farmhouse on 27 acres in Broken Bow, OK. This charming house sleeps 4-6 and offers a real taste of farm life.

House features 2 living areas, a fireplace, fully stocked kitchen, rainmaker shower in master bath, king size adjustable bed, 2 twin beds, L-shape couch sleeps 2 more. All linens provided. 72 inch smart TV, high speed internet.

The 5 acres surrounding the house is fenced in, great for kids and guests. Outdoor fire pit and charcoal grill. Amazing start gazing opportunities.

The space
Meet our goats and gather fresh eggs each morning from our chicken coop. Pets welcome.

Guests have access to the entire 27 acre property including a stocked pond, manicured pastures and forested areas.

The property is easy to access, no four wheel drive needed. We are 10 minutes from the heart of Broken Bow and 15 minutes to Beavers Bend State Park and Hochatown. Enjoy all that Broken Bow has to offer and then retreat to your own private hideaway.

This farmhouse can be combined with our Glamping tent, also listed on airbnb, and a brand new 2021 Apex Nano RV with full hookups (electricity, water, sewer and internet). Our Glamping tent is one of a kind and sleeps an additional 4 people. The Apex Nano sleeps 5 people. We offer privacy and seclusion, away from the crowds in Hochatown, yet still within a 15 minute drive to all the good restaurants and Beavers Bend State Park.

During your stay

Owners will stop by in the morning around 10:00 to feed the goats and chickens, then again at 6:00 to put the animals to bed. We are close by if you need us but totally out of the way if you don't.
