Bedroom: California King with all new furnishings, Pottery Barn bedding and French doors that open to a private terrace where you can hear the crashing waves at the private beach below.
Living room: Features a sleeper sofa that make into a queen size bed, new furnishings, vaulted ceiling, custom marble fireplace, bamboo flooring and french doors open to a private wrap around patio overlooking the Pacific Ocean. We also offer an array of favorite board games. Complementary WiFi is also included along with free parking.
Kitchen: Whip up delicious dishes in your fully equipped kitchen with large breakfast bar, ample counter space, full suite of stainless steel appliances, arched doorway, new pots, pans and dishes.
General: Complementary WiFi , linens/towels, toiletries, hairdryer, only just a few short stairs , top floor penthouse location .
Outdoor lifestyle: Ocean view terrace with outdoor furniture including tables swivel chairs and two umbrellas overlooking the Pacific Ocean. See whales, dolphins and seals right from your own private balcony. Enjoy alfresco dining from your spacious balcony.

A fabulous getaway awaits at this stunning and fully appointed villa set on the waterfront, one of the best locations in Hamilton Cove with gorgeous unobstructed panoramic views!! This Oceanview penthouse suite features a large terrace with patio furniture and you can hear the waves from the beach right below. There is a contract and pre-arrival form that need to be complete at booking. We highly recommend travel insurance and can not control the weather or transportation. There is a maximum of 4 guests including toddlers and children.
There are only a few stairs to get to the villa. All amenities are subject to availability!!
You can use Catalina Taxi or circuit as needed.
Bring water shoes for the beach out in front and the fish love frozen peas.
