The villa in Son Prohens offers pure relaxation! It is nestled in gentle hills overlooking Mount San Salvador, a house in nature, but also not too secluded. Porto Colom and Felanitx are close. Two terraces for evenings and sunsets together. Swim spa and sun deck in the outdoor area accessible from the terrace via stairs. Beautiful beaches, such as the natural beach Es Trenc, are within easy reach.

The space
The finca is surrounded by large old trees, a sprawling palm tree invites you into the courtyard (patio). The patio is surrounded by a rustic wall and lined with exotic
 plants on the inside. If you walk through the iron gate, you are in your own world, where you immediately feel safe. When you open the front door, everything becomes bright. 
Modernity and clarity combine with the original and create a soothing atmosphere.
 The entrance area is open, spacious and welcomes you with a plant bed that underlines the unique character of the house. The room layout has been completely redesigned; the floor has been hand-filled,
 sanded and whitewashed. Everything is flooded with light, as the sunlight penetrates the house filtered through a frosted glass pane embedded in the roof.
 
The bright dining area offers fantastic views
 over the hills to the monastery mountain of San Salvador. The large living area is equipped with an open fireplace and spacious windows. 
A curved staircase with a brick railing leads to the upper floor with the bedrooms and a roof terrace. The three individually designed bedrooms are bright oases of well-being. All are equipped with high-quality double beds in the Öko Tex standard.
 The mattresses are made of layers of wool, latex, coconut, cotton silk and are handmade in a small village near Barcelona. The frames and headboards are covered with natural linen or made of bamboo. All bedrooms have new air conditioning.
The bathrooms have been modernly designed and are accessible via rustic sliding doors. The high-quality sinks with corresponding fittings are embedded in brick washbasins. Also high-quality and shapely toilets, showers and a bathtub characterize the layout of the bathrooms.
The kitchen was also built to emphasize the Mediterranean style of construction. The woodwork is handmade from high-quality teak wood by a long-established Mallorcan carpenter family.
 The stove and refrigerator are from SMEG, a dishwasher is installed.
There is a washing machine and dryer in the basement.
Furniture, decoration, dishes and cutlery are selected with a lot of love for design and quality by well-known, small companies from Italy, Sweden, Denmark, Holland and Spain.
The finca offers a high-speed Internet connection, Internet TV and satellite reception for international TV programs.
The quality wooden windows are equipped with double glazing. A new oil heater allows you to stay in a pleasant warmth even in the winter months.
The roof terrace is the perfect place for evenings and sunsets together. 
A covered terrace is accessible from the dining area, from which a wooden staircase leads to a sun deck. Here you can completely relax and unwind on high-quality loungers. Embedded in the sundeck is a luxurious swim spa with a heated swimming pool and a Jacuzzi pool, which offers massage and aroma jets as well as an audio system.
The villa has an alarm system and was converted by Ambiente Baleares S.L.U.
