The entire ocean front villa and large wrap around patio with stunning ocean views !!! There is a beach within walking distance and the villa is located right next to Descanso Beach club. You are very close to town where there is a large new VONS , mini golf, shops, restaurants, Catalina Museum, Catalina Conservancy and more.....
Enjoy scuba diving or snorkeling at the Catalina Island famous and historic casino. Book zip-lining at Descanso Beach, enjoy parasailing, jet skiing or hiking. There are so many wonderful activities or you can just completely unwind and relax.

From the moment you step into this exceptional ocean front villa you and your guests are sure to immediately feel at ease. This is the perfect villa for those who are looking to relax and enjoy a wonderful Catalina getaway!! Just a short walk to the Hamilton Cove beach out in front featuring crystal clear water, full beach volleyball, bbq, picnic tables and more. The villa is right next to descanso beach club where you can enjoy lunch, rent a cabana, book a zip-line tour/rock-wall or Ariel obstacle course tour. It is also close to the famous and historic Catalina casino where you can enjoy scuba diving and snorkeling. Book a buffalo tour, go parasailing or jet skiing , visit the Catalina museum , Wrigley botanical gardens, Catalina Conservancy and more..... There are so many thing to do or you can just relax. All amenities are subject to availability. There is a contract and pre-arrival form that need to be completed at booking.
We highly recommend travel insurance and can not control the weather or transportation.
Please note there are stairs to get to the villa.
Water shoes are also good to bring and the fish love frozen peas.
