Lying in the border of the districts of Schöneberg and Wilmersdorf, a few famous places can be easily reached like the Ku'damm (the centenary shopping boulevard), the Berlin zoo, the pretty Viktoria-Luise-Platz and the KaDeWe, the best department store in town. Nearby you can find a wide variety of shops, restaurants and bars. On the ground floor of the building there is a supermarket EDEKA. Along the quiet tree-lined street you can park the car for free. The metro stations Spichern Straße and Augsburger Straße are just a 2-minutes walk away, there you can take the line U3 or U9 and in only 2 stops reach Nollendorfplatz (a popular area of bars and clubs) or the Zoologischer Garten station, fully connected to the rest of the city (central train station HBF, Friedrichstrasse, Alexanderplatz, etc.).
The apartment is located on the second floor, an elevator is provided. The main room consists of a night side with king-size bed, a dinner table and a sofa (convertible into a bed on occasion). The kitchen and the bathroom are new, fully equipped and characterized by valuable materials and accuracy. A large balcony with table and chairs is accessible from the living room: the beautiful view over a green area invites you to relax.

A check-IN time between 3 PM and 8 PM must be agreed upfront (if the arrival is by plane, let us know the flight details).
An arrival after 8 PM is acceptable but a 20€ fee is raised for the after-hour service and must be paid cash at the Check-IN. We can't welcome you after midnight. Thank you for your understanding!
