Our 1962 Santa Fe Cub is a vintage glamping dream come true! Cozy and comfortable with a cushy full size bed, twinkle lights, and plenty of soft pillows and blankets, it's a playhouse for grownups!

The camper sits in its own corner of our property, next to the vegetable and meditation gardens. Our property is a hilltop acre of shade trees and fruit trees, with a koi pond and spring-fed creek. You'll enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets, overlooking the nearby mountains.

The space
The key to having a good experience is all about your expectations! This is a 1962 camper and it is very small. Of course it is also adorable! Please read all about it before booking. :-)

BATHROOM AMENITIES ARE LIMITED! There is a portable camping toilet in the "potty shed" and a cold outdoor shower with option for warm water using a solar shower bag.

Wifi is not available but we have good cell signal reception so you should be able to have internet access on your phone.

There is a small sink with water in the camper and there is electricity for charging phones.

The camper has the original stove and oven which you are welcome to use. There is a cooler you can put ice in to keep your food and drinks cold. (You provide own ice)

A space heater warms the place up when it's chilly and there's an electric water kettle for making tea or coffee. During hot summers there’s an air conditioner installed in one window that keeps the camper very cool.

The interior space of the camper is 7' x 10', including the bed. There's space next to the bed for two people to stand, close together. It's tiny! Embrace the glamping experience, snuggle up, and enjoy!

My wife and I lived in the South Pacific for over a decade before settling in Duncanville, TX in 2007. With our four children grown and gone, we love to travel, and often use Airbnb ourselves, having wonderful experiences with hosts all over the world. Our favorites so far have been in Italy and Ireland. In 2021 we moved to Clarkdale, AZ and are enjoying the great outdoors and figuring out where to find the best queso, fajitas, and margaritas!
