3 Bedroom, 2 bath condo w/direct ocean view, just steps from the beach. Ground floor unit in Haudimar Beach Apartments, located only half a mile from Jobos Beach and within 10 minutes of numerous other popular beaches in Isabela and Aguadilla. Air conditioners in all rooms. Cable TV and wi-fi. Haudimar has direct beach access, 24 hour security, resort style pool, and 2 parking spaces. The swimming pool is open, however hours may be limited.

The space
Unobstructed view of the ocean and direct access to the beach, just steps away.
Bedroom 1 has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have a bunk bed with full bed on bottom, twin on top and a twin trundle bed that slides out from underneath.
Each bedroom and the living room have air conditioners.
The living room and kitchen all have ceiling fans and the condo also gets a great breeze from the ocean if you prefer fresh air.
Patio has a sofa, chairs and coffee table.
Kitchen has all dishes, pans, glasses and utensils.
Bath towels, beach towels and basic toiletries are all provided.
Price shown is for 6 people. A maximum of 8 people are allowed to stay, there is a $25 per night charge for each additional person over the limit of 6.
The guest limit is strictly enforced and any additional people will be asked to leave.
Parking for 2 cars in designated spaces. More than 2 cars are not allowed.
Pets are considered on a case by case basis and an additional fee or deposit may be required. If you want to bring your pet please send a message with information about your pet including breed, size and age.

Guest access
Haudimar is gated and has 24 hour security. It also has direct beach access and a large resort style swimming pool.

Other things to note
A car is recommended. Public transportation is not common here and Uber is rare to non-existent. There is a convenience store and food truck park that is in easy walking distance. There are serveral restaurants located half a mile away at Jobos beach and 2 more that are 1 mile away at Shack's beach.

My name is Kelda and I am originally from the Dallas, Texas area. I studied animal production and equine science in college and I worked on horse farms and saddle shops for several years. I decided to trade the farm life for island life and I moved to Aguadilla, Puerto Rico in 2010. I started out as a horseback riding tour guide, and then began managing vacation rentals for a friend. I am now a licensed real estate agent for F. L. Realty in Aguadilla. Our main property is Campomar Villas, which we have been working on improving for the last few years. I also manage a few other nearby AirBnB properties for my real estate clients. Being an AirBnB host has been a great experience and I have gotten to meet people from all over the country and even the world. I love this area and it makes me happy to see my guests enjoying and appreciating it as I do. I love the laid back lifestyle, the friendly people, and especially the wide variety of gorgeous beaches in this area. In my free time I like being outdoors, gardening, scuba diving, riding horses on the beach, and my favorite activity- just hanging out on the beach with my friends and my dog.
