We rent year-round and are a perfect spot to spend holidays.

The Golden Retreat is nestled in a unique area of Devils Lake where you don’t have to cross a street to get to the water! We have a beautiful area for walking, running, and watching the wildlife right in our backyard!

Your kids and dogs can play freely! You have access to the whole cottage, the yard, the water, and your own private dock! bring a boat, rent one, or simply enjoy our clear shallow swimming area! We provide bumpers on the dock for your boat.

If interested in renting a boat or jet ski give Robs Rentals or Manitou Beach Marina a call - we recommend making a reservation well in advance as they book up fast.

• CLEAN! We take cleaning and sanitizing very seriously!
• PRIVATE! We are located in one of the most desirable neighborhoods on the lake and are off of a dead end street. NO traffic.

Our neighborhood is private and the cottage is on a dead end street so you don’t have to worry about traffic.

Other things to note
There is no street parking. Our parking area is the front yard (gravel) There is room for 4 cars or 3 cars and a trailer. In the winter months please be mindful of this. We can not cancel your trip due to unforeseen weather events- snow

*Absolutely no smoking anywhere on or around our property
*No overnight guests please
*1 dog $150 fee - must be approved with us first
(if you’d like to bring more then 1 dog please send me a message - additional fee may be required )

* you are responsible for relaying any and all rules to your guests - if we see you breaking any you will be asked to leave and no refunds will be given
