The space
The interior of the house captures the romance of another era while it offers all the modern amenities. The house has a small entrance hall, two large master-bedrooms, a large kitchen and two bathrooms.
ENTRANCE HALL a small space where is the entrance of the house that communicates with the yard with few stairs. This space communicates also with the two bedrooms .

MASTER BEDROOM 2 a large room with two single beds with anatomic mattresses that you can use as one double bedroom or as two single bedrooms or as one bed and one couch. It also has a couch with a little desk that creates a relaxing corner. It also has a desk suitable for work. The room is lighted by two big windows with view on the yard and on the street. The room has a small bathroom with a toilet , a sink and a corner shower.

KITCHEN spacious with wooden cabinets. It has a large wooden kitchen table, a fridge and a refrigerator, an electric stove with ceramic safety burners , an oven , a French coffee machine and a machine for Nespresso , a kettle and a large toaster. It a also offers a cabinet with independent compartment for shoes. The kitchen has its separate entrance that communicates with the yard.
BATHROOM 1 very spacious with the necessary personal care items and a space with shower that with the appropriate set up can turn into a bathtub.
BATHROOM 2 Inside the bedroom 2 there is a small bathroom with a toilet , a sink and a corner shower.
YARD The house has a paved courtyard in which there are: a small dining area that communicates with the kitchen, an outdoor sink and a garden lounge with two large armchairs. A glass and iron gazebo protects this part of the yard. The iron staircase at the back end of the yard leads to a small terrace above the kitchen (the rest of the house is covered by a tiled roof) and is suitable for drying out laundry.
The red house located at the back of the yard belongs to us, is uninhabited and serves only as storage space. It is used exclusively by us and only when there are no guests.
A photocell at the entrance of the yard automatically illuminates it for a short time, as soon as someone enters the area at night.
Guest access
IIn the front part of the yard (the one that communicates with the public road) there is space to park up to two cars (of course if someone does not want to put their car in the yard can leave it on the public road just outside the house where there are usually free parking spaces free).
At a distance of about 50-150 m around the house there is everything that a modern city usually offers, namely: square, large supermarket, bakeries with excellent handmade pastries, cafes, branded cheese-butcher shop, tavern with excellent food that at times has live music, butcher, barbecue with wonderful delicacies, kebab shops, ouzo, delicatessen, patisseries, bookstore, sports center, pharmacies, doctor's office and church. About 70 meters from our house there is a bus stop that connects the city center with the neighborhood, the port and the intercity bus station
Other things to note
The house has two independent entrances which connect the yard to its interior, providing autonomy for the use of the two bedrooms which also have an independent connection to the kitchen. The central entrance connects the yard to the entrance hall with the two independent bedrooms and the second entrance connects the kitchen with bedroom 1 and the main bathroom.
The red house located at the back belongs to us, is uninhabited and serves only as storage space. It is used exclusively by us and only in case there are no guests.

All beds have anatomically-orthopaedic mattresses and all bed linen and towels are made of organic materials, are white and hypoallergenic .
