We do have weekly landscaping, pond, and hot tub servicing done during the day to maintain the gardens in the backyard.

For safety and security, we do have cameras, smoke and noise monitoring devices around the property. For privacy, there are no cameras located inside the property only externally.

Check-In and Check-Out: 🕒 If you need an early check-in or late check-out, let us know in advance, and we’ll try to accommodate you when possible.

Parking: 🚗 The garage fits 2 small cars or 1 regular-sized vehicle. Please note that the garage may not accommodate low-profile vehicles or those with special modifications. Larger vehicles, such as trucks or SUVs, should park on the street.

No Parties or Events: 🎉 Parties, events, or hosting unregistered guests are not allowed. Violating this rule may result in cancellation of your reservation and immediate removal without a refund.

Guest Policy: 👥 This property can host up to 6 people. Only guests listed on your reservation are allowed to stay overnight.

Smoking: 🚭 Smoking, vaping, cigars, or marijuana use is strictly prohibited inside the property.

Monthly Cleaning for Extended Stays: 🧼 For stays longer than 30 days, we require a professional cleaning every 4 weeks to maintain the property. This service, costing $300 per cleaning, ensures a clean and well-maintained environment and allows us to address any maintenance issues promptly.

🧹 A starter supply of cleaning supplies is available under the kitchen sink and in the laundry room.

🔥 Open flames, including candles, are not permitted inside the property.

🔇 Outdoor noise after 9 PM is not allowed.

Laundry: 🧺 We provide a starter supply of detergent for your convenience. We can also provide concierge recommendations for dry cleaning and laundry services to guests.

Rule Violations: ⚠️ Violating house rules may result in additional charges or the termination of your stay without a refund. The city of LA has strict guidelines around home sharing that are enforced at all times.

To abide by local legal requirements, you may be asked to complete a secure verification portal by providing a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirming your contact information, and sharing the purpose of your stay. The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.

By making a reservation, you acknowledge that you may be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in. You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed the verification steps in our guest portal.
A refundable security deposit of $1500 is collected 2 days before check‑in and released 2 days after check‑out if no issues are reported. The deposit is securely processed and managed by Hospitable, and guests see all details in the booking flow and guest portal.
