The space
Very well located in the up-market St Kilda area of Cambridge, the Pool House is situated on a 3,700sqm section, it is a relaxed private setting while still being in town. It adjoins our small orchard with feijoa, nashi, apple, fig, grape, apricot, persimmon and lemon trees (avocados and more stone fruit to come!). French doors in both the bedroom and lounge open right up to enjoy the balcony & pool. The dwelling is well back off the road, in nice gardens with extensive native plantings. There is plenty of parking.

There is a privacy screen allowing guests to enjoy the covered outdoor area out of view of the main house. A new driveway and front yard landscaping is scheduled for winter/spring 22

Cambridge is a bustling quaint town with numerous restaurants, cafes, shops, and activities. The Pool House is a short stroll along wide paths past beautiful new homes to the St Kilda Bistro café, store, and playground, or a quick drive into the town centre.
Being in the heart of the Waikato it is also a great base for many offerings. Very close by are; Lake Karapiro and all the associated water sports, Maungatautari Sanctuary Mountain, Velodrome, Mystery Creek, Waikato River Trails, Hamilton Airport, Hamilton Gardens, and Te Miro mountain biking.
A short drive away are holiday hot spots Hobbiton, Waitomo Caves, Otorohanga Kiwi House. Slightly further afield are even more excellent day trips such as Raglan, Lake Taupo, Mt Ruapehu, the Coromandel beaches, Mt Maunganui and Rotorua.

We are a respectful couple, sometimes travelling for business, sometimes for fun, or both at he same time.
Our travel style is to experience everything we can (culture, cuisine, sights, anything!), so we love meeting and staying with locals and most likely you will barely see us as we will be out and about.
