The holiday apartment La Terraza is a modern accommodation situated at the very heart of San Sebastian, just a step from La Concha beach (see the map). The vacation apartment is located at the top of a building with a lift. It is distributed over a total surface of 52 square metres and has a spacious open plan lounge-dining area with a kitchenette.

The most noteworthy feature in this holiday apartment is its fabulous sunny terrace, fully equipped with outdoors' furniture. It is a large and discreet space facing southeast, what makes it ideal for all those sunny days during your vacation. This wonderful terrace looks onto the street and covers all the apartment's length. It is possible to access it from the lounge, the dining area or from the kitchen. As the holiday apartment La Terraza is an attic and has very large windows all over, it is a sunny and bright accommodation. Besides, it has been equipped with specially designed curtains that keep the heat outside even on the warmest days during the summer months.

This holiday accommodation has a modern fully equipped kitchenette so that you will be able to enjoy delicious meals, both inside and outside. The double bedroom faces a quiet courtyard and has a queen size bed and a fitted wardrobe.

La Terraza is the ideal vacation apartment for a couple spending their holidays in San Sebastian, it is close to everything and just a step from the famous beach of La Concha.

At he same time, the San Martin market, where all sorts of food products together with fashion and leisure items are sold, is just round the corner from the apartment.

The holiday accommodation La Terraza offers air conditioning as well as independent heating system, Wi-FI Internet and the possibility of reserving parking, in case you are visiting the city by car. However, this is the perfect apartment if you want to enjoy the city on foot, as all the attractions are just 5-10 minutes (website hidden) description

San Sebastian’s centre, as it could be expected, represents the heart of the city. It is a very elegant area situated between La Concha Beach and the Urumea River. It borders on the Gros neighbourhood at East, on the Antiguo at West and on the Amara at South.

A great deal of shops and distinctive buildings are found in this area. Among these it is worth mentioning the Town Hall, the Victoria Eugenia Theatre or the Buen Pastor Cathedral.
Bars and restaurants spread out all around this area and if you would like to enjoy some typical pintxos, you can try any of them here. Or perhaps you prefer to pop-in in the Old Town, which is just a five minute stroll away.

La Concha, world famous beach and bay, stands out in this area for its natural beauty but also for the spectacular panoramic views from its promenade. At the same time, La Perla, a thalassotherapy centre pioneer in San Sebastian’s tourism since the beginning of the 20th Century is situated along this walk too.

The Miramar Palace appears as a natural frontier between the Antiguo, Aiete and the Centre neighbourhoods. This palace and its surrounding gardens facing the bay are like a banner for the city, as it was here where the former Royal Family used to spend their summer holidays at the beginning of the 20th Century. Thanks to these prestigious visitors San Sebastian became a very fashionable city among the elite tourism. Nowadays, the Miramar Palace houses the High School of Music of San Sebastian. You will enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the city and the bay from here.

Several supermarkets can be found in this area as well as one of the most attractive markets in the city, the San Martin market. Both, traditional and the latest shops are located in this store.
Very close to the city centre, at the entrance of the Old Town, there is another well-known market, La Bretxa. There is also a good combination of traditional and modern shops here, probably the most genuine market in the whole of San Sebastian.

A gorgeous route you may want to take is that going from La Concha to the harbour and from here to the Paseo Nuevo, all along the seaside. Parting from this Paseo Nuevo, you also may feel like going up to Urgull Mountain, just a 15 minute climb. And we can assure you that it will be worth it, as you will enjoy the most beautiful view of San Sebastian right from the top. Coming down from the Mountain, you get back to the Old Town and, after passing by the Town Hall, you will reach La Concha again.

If you come to visit the city by car, you will find that there are various public carparks in the city centre: La Concha, Boulevard, San Martín, Okendo, Amara and Buen Pastor.

Thanks to a modern and wide network of public transport, the Antiguo is very well connected to the other city neighbourhoods. For more information on public transport you can visit the official webpage: (website hidden)

  • Great apartment 3 blocks from the beach and a 10 minute walk to Parte Vieja where all the pintxo bars are. The apartment is quite spacious with a large living room and kitchen. The terrace is great. Juan and his coworkers were quick to respond to questions and requests. Definitely recommend this apartment

  • Juan's apartment was fantastic! Well appointed with a fully stocked kitchen. Modern and spacious just two blocks away from the beach and great private terrace. The gentleman who let us in and gave a tutorial of the apartment was also great with great local info and tips!(Bonus: fast wifi speed) I would absolutely stay here again!

  • This is a great modern apartment in a fantastic location in San Sebastian. It is on the top floor of the building (don't worry there's a lift) and the terrace is a great bonus. Only a 10 min walk to the old town, and the beach.

  • Great experience start to finish. Checking in was easy and efficient, we were greeted by the friendly and helpful Alessandro. The bedroom is comfortable and spacious, kitchen and living area are a perfect size with good layout and nice cooking amenities, and everything was clean and ready to use. Checkout was a breeze. I would definitely stay again. We just loved San Sebastian.

  • The flat is in an excellent location: A short walk to San Martin market, the old quarter with all the main pinchos bars, 2 mins from the more modern shopping district and beach - we walked everywhere. Ander kindly waited for us outside the flat with the key as we were running late with our transport - thanks for your patience. The flat is modern, has everything you could ever need (even a washing machine and ironing board) and the kitchen is very well equipped if you would prefer to cook at home (excellent fish from Brexta market). If you are going to stay in Donastia/San Sebastian, you should choose this flat if only for its fantastic location. We had a brilliant stay in the apartment and hope we can rent the flat on our return trip - thank you Juan, Arun and Ander!!

  • Excellent place to stay if you are in San Sebastian. Wonderful location - we took a train in from Barcelona and it was less than a 10 minute walk to the apartment. It's right in the middle of tons of shopping, restaurants, and things to do. Just down the street was the most beautiful beach I'd ever seen. Not far down we found wonderful pintxos bars to hang out in, and really experienced the Basque/Spanish culture.

The apartment itself was beautiful - very modern and spacious. It felt like we were in a hotel. It was located on the top floor with a nice elevator. The views outside on the terrace were very nice, to the left you could see an old church, to the right a glimpse of the beach.
