• Parking: On-site Parking available for $19 per night. Because we are downtown, there is no free parking nearby. Our paid parking lot is limited, by availability only. It's not secured.

• Pet-Policy: $49 non-refundable pet cleaning fee. Dogs must always be leashed when in shared hallways / property. Dogs should not be left unattended alone. Any disruptive nuisances from any pets may incur additional charges or removal from property without refund. ($49per pet, max of two).

• NON-SMOKING: Absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind (cigarettes / marijuana) if we receive any complaints or find that you have smoked in the unit, we will impose a $250 excess cleaning fee.

Other things to note
A Valid ID and an electronically signed Registration Card is required to stay in this apartment.
