This newly remodeled Condo is nestled in one of Boise’s most desirable locations only steps away from the Boise River. Surrounded by 52 acres of beautifully landscaped open common areas & parks that are linked by pedestrian & bike pathways, including a three-mile stretch of the Boise City Green Belt. Fully furnished modern décor + all the essentials. 2 bikes provided and small pets ok with additional pet fee + pool & spa. Explore the city while you unwind in a little piece of paradise!!

The space
Visiting Boise? 15 minutes from the airport and less than 5 miles from DT Boise - Boise State University. It’s the perfect place in a perfect location for both leisurely travel or business!

Outdoors: You access the unit by going up the stairs to a porch landing with a self-check-in lockbox. Open parking spots readily available, or use our garage. Sit back and relax in the Adirondack chairs on the front deck with wicker tables for playing games or enjoying your local snacks. Curl up with a book and enjoy the beautiful Boise foothills and vast open sky's.

Entryway: Once inside the front doors, you will be in our entryway room that opens to the large spacious living/dining and kitchen area.

The kitchen/dining room: Relax around the counter island with 2 tall stools so families can gather and chat during meal preparation, plus a table in the dining room seating 6. Fully equipped with all necessary utensils, basic cooking supplies and condiments, local coffee/tea and a coffee pot plus a microwave & toaster. More counter space over by the stainless-steel refrigerator holds our guest book, where we hope you will tell us all about your stay and the memories made at the property. Dishes for 8, including plates, bowls, mugs, wine glasses. Plus, children's dinnerware provided for the little ones in your group. The fridge comes furnished with sparkling water, creamer for coffee and basic spices are provided. You might even find a local food surprise in your welcome basket!

The living room: Snug and cozy with a spacious feel, this room features a comfortable couch and a plush armchairs for you to curl up in after a long day of exploring the Greenbelt. Hardwood flooring is softened with a modern-style rug and handy coffee table. A floor lamp provides overhead lighting options along with traditional ceiling lights. A 55-inch flat screen television to enjoy shows with your Netflix or Hulu subscription offers your evening entertainment. Bring your favorite book and curl up with one of the provided throws and enjoy the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, while enjoying the fire.
Heating/air conditioning is provided by a full HVAC. For all your electronic surfing needs, we offer 1 GB per sec. up/down fiber optic internet speed.

The bathrooms: Features standard sinks with mirror, plus long cupboard to store your essentials from home. Hair dryer included. Extra fluffy towels.

Master bedroom: Quiet and inviting, the nicely sized master features a closet with hangers enough for all your outfits, and a luxury queen blow up bed plus pack n play for your kids/grandkids. Two end tables, stylishly appointed with knickknacks are on each side of the Nectar memory foam mattress king size bed. Piled high with pillows, it is perfect for diving into after your walk along the Greenbelt or mountain hike. Reading lamps are on each night stand. An ironing board and iron are located in the walk in closet if you need to look nice for an event or get ready for work. Your bedroom includes a full-length mirror, and sitting bench. White wood blinds and light blocking curtains block any light for the perfect night's sleep.

2nd bedroom: Features a Nectar memory foam queen mattress, multiple shelves, a closet with hangers and storage bins containing kids’ books and toys to occupy your little ones. White wood blinds and light blocking curtains for the perfect night's sleep.
Modern style end tables are on each side of the bed . A full size desk for your dedicated work space. Curl up with the comfy throw and lean back into the stack of pillows, your little ones or friends traveling with you will wake up feeling rested and refreshed for their day of exploring the nearby Waterpark or area's attractions.

Garage: Two bikes with helmets and a bike lock are stored for guests to explore the many outdoor activities located on the Greenbelt, along the Boise River. Snow shovel when needed is also located in garage.

Hallway: A stackable washer/dryer is provided for laundry needs plus basic cleaning supplies including broom, dustpan, vacuum.

You have access to the entire 2 bedroom/2 bath Condo.

Other things to note
A additional pet fee will be requested once we approve your pet. $30 one time .
The pool and hot tub are only open Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Due to the coronavirus we are taking disinfection seriously, our cleaners are doing a top to bottom job and really focusing on disinfection of high touch areas, such as light switches, door handles, remotes, countertops, etc.
