We welcome you to stay with us as you explore magical rain forests, crystal clear waterways and experience the beauty, diversity and richness of the land our First Nation peoples called "Cowichan" or "the Warm Land".

Our friendly Lake communities offer many activities and services: Golfing; tubing, river kayaking & fly fishing on the Cowichan River; boating, water skiing, swimming or fishing on Cowichan Lake; delicious food in great little restaurants; hiking, cycling or horseback riding on the Trans Canada Trail; exploring the beautiful Michaela Davidson Art Studio or following the self-directed artists & artisans' tour of "Creative Folk, Cowichan Lake"; finding all things hand-made or hand-crafted at the charming, rustic Honeymoon Bay Market.
Lake Cowichan, the largest community around the lake, has several eateries with great food, a Royal Bank of Canada and Island Savings Credit Union, both with ATMs, a large grocery store: "Country Grocer", a bakery, 2 drugstores, a hardware store: "Home Hardware", 2 gas stations, and several specialty stores.
To maximize your visit a car is advisable, but there is good ferry & bus connections to Lake Cowichan and plenty of wonderful activities to enjoy around the river and lake head.
Step back in time and enjoy a slower pace as you experience "Island Time" at Cowichan Sunset Bed & Breakfast and return home relaxed and refreshed.
