✹ This beautiful, renovated vacation rental condo at Majestic Sun is located directly across from the beach on the sixth floor and sleeps a total of six. This condo offers amazing Gulf views from all common areas including the master bedroom! Wake up and enjoy your morning coffee and soak in the view of the white sand and emerald water from your expansive balcony.
✹ Upon entering, you will find a comfortable living area with a 65" Smart TV, which provides an open layout to the dining area and kitchen, along with tall ceilings. The dining area includes a dining table that seats up to six guests, perfect for conversations and a nice family meal. Step into the tastefully-decorated, incredibly well-stocked kitchen, featuring new stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops as well as all utensils and cookware to create your own meals while on vacation. New beautiful flooring was installed throughout the condo in December 2021.
✹ Adjacent to the living room is a cozy master bedroom with KING bed, Gulf view, large master closet, 55" Smart TV, and an en-suite master bathroom that was remodeled in December 2021, now equipped with a tiled walk in shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, a flat-screen television, closet, and attached bathroom with tub/shower combination. This condo also has an in-unit full size washer and dryer, and I provide plenty of laundry supplies.
✹ At Majestic Sun Resort, you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf facing fitness center, tennis courts, 18 hole golf course, and more! Beach access is easy, simply stroll across the street to the beach and lounge on the sugar white sands.

Majestic Sun is part of the sprawling, Seascape Beach Resort with tons of pools, an 18 hole golf course, tennis/pickleball facility, basketball court, and 2000' of beach front – there is so much to do at Seascape! Majestic Sun is located in Miramar Beach, which features wide sidewalks for walking and biking while enjoying sights and sounds of the Gulf plus easy access to all the dining and excitement that Miramar Beach and Destin has to offer!
MANY restaurants within walking distance or a short drive away including:

☆☆ OTHER INFO AND RULES ☆☆
✹Majestic Sun was built in 2004, and building management provides excellent maintenance service and routine inspections. In response to the horrific collapse of the Champlain Tower in Miami, Majestic Sun building management is planning a detailed structural inspection. At this time, routine maintenance and inspections reveal no apparent indication of structural weakness or water damage at Majestic Sun at this time. In addition, Majestic Sun is 17 years old (vs. 40+ years old for the Champlain tower) and built to a different/superior code from 40 years ago. The 2018 Champlain Towers inspection indicated a number of deficiencies pertaining to concrete deterioration such as spalling and structural cracking. There were apparently a number of areas where water could penetrate the building.
✹Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.
