We really like your backyard, and the instruction book has been great helpful for the time while we stay, everything is neat and clean. It was walking distance to a farm supermarket. Neighbors are also very helpful, if there is a second chance my family will be there, I think we will stay there again.
Tricia was very helpful and able to reach via text a few times when we had questions. The house was adorable and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The location worked to get to downtown or to the beach. We would recommend to friends for sure.
Tricia's house is an absolute delight! We loved the location. The house has a great layout and a surprising amount of storage for all the odds and ends we traveled with. The kitchen is perfectly outfitted for cooking dinners, and we loved being able to eat at the table in the backyard. Tricia provide plenty of accessories like beach towels and thorough instructions on how to use all the appliances. This house is a perfect home away from home!
The house is exactly like this in the pictures, a real doll house. Tricia left an interesting well with the house rules and explanations of how to handle some devices and any questions that might arise, also left a box with several menus of different restaurants found very kind of her. The house was extremely clean and all the furniture almost new, and good taste extreme.
The neighborhood was very good, made no noise. The only thing for me was not very nice is because the space to put clothes was too small, so my suitcase had to stay in the room which was bad because the space of the room is small. When we return to San Diego for sure return home of Tricia
Tricia is a wonderful host and she sets the house of so that you know where everything is and how everything works. She is very responsive to any questions you have. The neighborhood was safe, neighbors were friendly, a little noisy at times, and the weather was perfect. The house is in great proximity to everything you need to see and do in San Diego. There are many great restaurants in the area.
About the Host, Tricia
Hello!! I have a cute little house in Normal Heights, which is close to downtown and minutes away from so many great attractions. It's a fun, artsy part of San Diego where you can walk to anything. In fact, some of my favorite restaurants are within walking distance from my house. : )
These are some of the places where I like to spend my time:
1. Coronado Beach or Wind-and-Sea Beach in La Jolla
2. Shopping at boutiques in North and South Parks
3. Breakfast or Brunch in Hillcrest / AND the Hillcrest Farmer's Market on Sundays. The best.
4. Seeing a film at the Landmark Ken Theater (right down the street).
5. Drinking a beer at The Blind Lady Ale House (good food and good beer and I can walk there) : )
And that is just the very, very tip of the iceberg....so many more great things to see and do!
