Tricia was friendly and helpful (thanks for all the recommendations). The neighborhood was pretty good. It was close to a ton of bars and good food. The location was pretty central to everything we were doing in the county. The house worked out perfectly for two couples.
We had a whole week in this fantastic house of Tricia. It was very cozy and convenient, precisely as it looks on the pictures! It was very well equiped for a convenient stay and had nice restaurants nearby! If you need to be in the city every day, take into account that you most likely should travel by bus/taxi, because SD is bigger than we thought on the map! Tricia was a great host, very kind and responsive to all our questions. It is nice to have her nearby and she has a very nice neighbour! Thanks so much for letting us in your house Tricia!
Real cozy joint and central to everything we needed. Really nice that the kitchen was set to cook because we do a lot of that! Overall, a wonderful experience worth (email hidden)anks for having us, Tricia!
I enjoyed staying in this home, Tricia was very helpful and accommodating to me and my family. It is in a very convenient location, on a fairly quiet street but also close to a couple of major avenues that have many restaurants and easy access to freeways. I liked the vintage decor throughout and especially enjoyed the backyard and patio. Thank you Tricia!
Tricia's was a wonderful host. Her house is so quaint and in such a nice area. We had four people staying at the house, and it was comfortable for us. The parking was really easy as there is lots of street parking as well as the driveway that you can use. The appliances all worked very well. Tricia got the oven repaired while we were there, but it wasn't a problem at all as she provided a toaster oven and a microwave for us to use during the time the oven was getting fixed. It should be working fine now, though. There was laundry available. There were plenty of towels and sheets. I could not have asked for a better place to stay. Everything was so close by, with lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance. We went to the San Diego Zoo as well, as it was only about 10 minutes away by car. The weather was pretty perfect the whole time we stayed at between 60-75 degrees, which was spectacular for November. I would absolutely stay at this house again, and would recommend Tricia as a host to anyone. Thanks, Tricia!
This place was so cute! We loved the location and loved the neighborhood. The backyard was the cherry on top - love the ambiance and feel of the entire place. The place was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Tricia was very responsive to all of our questions and great with recommendations. I would love to stay here again when I'm back in town! Thank you!
We had a wonderful experience at Tricia's. She was very communicative and made sure all our needs were taken care of while we were there. The house is absolutely adorable and perfect! I would highly recommend a stay here the next time you are in San Diego. The location was very central and easily accessible to all major attractions and roadways! THANKS TRICIA!
