Welcome to Auchgoyle Farm stay. Newly opening in Summer 2021. A family run, organic, wildlife haven on the Cowal Peninsula. Come & run, cycle, walk or just lie back & watch the buzzards soar over your head. We're a few miles cycle from stunning sandy beaches and rock-pooling. Walk to our hamlet's deli or run through the fields to the village shop, cafes, pubs and golf course. Children are welcome, as are your bicycles- we have barn space & spare tools. Running & Wildlife retreats soon to come.

I'm an ecologist. I used to work for the RSPB doing agri-environmental advisory work in Devon and the Forest of Bowland. Have worked in ecology in S. Africa. Zambia, Caribbean, New Zealand etc. I am the first woman to have run the length of South America- I ran the continent with my husband David. We did it for wildlife and wildernesses (5000mileproject) The book is called, 'Running South America with my Husband and other Animals' and you could buy a signed copy when you come and stay!
